My only workaround was to trade when Abras, not Kadabras. :/

I had that same problem when trading synchronizers. They will evolve even if holding an everstone when traded. I just evolved to an alakazam and then adjusted evs/level for the proper speed for my synchronizers instead of trying to trade them as kadabra.

Well, I need to go with Lorak's suggestion, then. I need a Kadabra, specifically a Kadabra, because that game intends to have one of each pokemon.

The only way you can is by hard deleting your save file or using another game.
I got 3 by using my Diamond and 2 Pearls.

I think if you had a spare game and DS you could go there, download, trade, delete, get, trade, etc...

But you'd probably want to SR them though.
 
I read the breeding guide, and I'm a bit confused. I have a ditto with a 31 attack and speed IV. I am trying to breed an adamant Garchomp with these two IVs. I have gotten over 15 Gibles, but all of them don't crack 15 and 23 respectively in the stat IVs that I want. Am I doing something wrong?
 
No, you are just unlucky. Keep breeding, and don't forget that it'll only work if the Ditto is Adamant and holding an Everstone (otherwise you won't get Adamant babies).
 
Yeah, I have the adamant ditto holding the everstone. I think I got only 4-5 Gibles that were adamant. I checked the others though, and they don't crack anything like that either, unfortunately. Guess I'm going back to breeding. Thanks.

Hey I'm looking for your honest opinion guys. What do you find most effective on Calm Politoed: Haze, Perish Song, or Refresh?

Haze can stop stat uppers which are common. Perish Song is fun in stall wars although they can switch out and when you're opponent has one Pokemon left. Refresh just heals yourself from status which isn't very good if you compare it to Rest and Aromatherapy.
 
I know but I'm looking for overall use out of calm politoed. What's the most popular move for it or if most politoeds have common situations that would narrow it down to one of those moves.

First one has better sp.def while 2nd has better hp and gets a leftover number.(382)
 
that info is kept between the people who can hack check, because they don't want the info out and about. so to answer your question you have to have someone do it for you.
 
now for my question.


I have seen some careful tyranitars in tread threads and since there aren't any sets for them in the d/p pokedex I was wondering what are some common sets for it, and or the best set?

what resists grass (2x or 4x) that has good sp. def and def? preferably not weak to fire or fighting.

How important is it for a no speed TTar to outspeed 156 - no-speed Swampert, Porygon2, Magnezone, Weezing (60)?
