***HP 70 Listings*** (S6.2)

I took these from ff8master's post on the gfaqs boards, who took it from my
friend Khold's post on his own boards (link at bottom). However, I am just
listing the most useful DV combinations. Also, a big thanks to Team Rocket
Elite for starting the original HP 70 listings.

- Any DV of 31 can be replaced by any other number which is equivalent to
3 mod 4, or 3/7/11/15/19/23/27.
- Any DV of 30 can be replaced by any other number which is equivalent to
2 mod 4, or 2/6/10/14/18/22/26.
- DVs are listed in the following order: HP, Att, Def, Speed, SA, SD.
- The most commonly used DV is marked with a ***. By most commonly used, one
generally takes into account the most like archetype of such a poke (namely,
a poke using HP Bug probably wants more Att DVs and is willing to sacrifice SA
DVs to get so).
- Any "dominated" DV combinations have been excised.

Does anyone know if trading wirelessly and shutting off your DS at a specific point will allow you to clone monsters? The GTS cloning trick doesn't work for D/P event monsters and I heard just about every other game has had a trade cloning glitch.

Yeah, you can't. I would suggest breeding them with an everstone instead unless you feel extremely lucky or you're fine with good IVs and not just perfect ones.

I've always liked the Ace Trainer, but you could try the other ones for origionality, or the lass so people could tell it's you easier =)

Yes, it's possible. Some of us (including myself) have accidentally cloned pokemon while trading thanks to spotty connections. However, it's apparently not as easy to reproduce as the GTS method and requires some experimentation. Doing it this way causes one pokemon to be cloned and the other to disappear off the face of the earth so some experimentation would be needed to make sure your valuable event pokemon isn't the one that disappears.
 
How can I get a Poliwrath with Ice Punch. It says he can learn it on the site under each pokemon's list, yet everyone who can learn it can't breed with poliwrath, its not in his move set, and its not a TM. How can I get one with Ice Punch. Do I have to breed Abomasnow with Feraligatr, who in turn breeds with Poliwrath? Or is there a simpler way?

That might work, I don't know, but it learns it through Emerald Tutor

Looks like the only way is to learn it in Emerald via Move Tutor.

What kind of baby? lol, Poliwag doesn't have any arms to Ice Punch with.

As far as breeding it onto other Pokemon, (male with female of different species), I don't know, it'd have to rely on the female's egg moves.
 
I am in the process of breeding a Bronzong for my team, and it needs to have 0 IVs in speed. How do I find out whether he has 0 IVs in speed?

I'm sure the IV Calculator will tell you do that, if you make it by AR, i think one of the TM's will be missing
 
TM 06 will be missing.

Though, any IV Calc should tell you if its below 2 or 3. 2-3 extra speed shouldn't mean much, especially if you're using a -speed nature anyway.
