Is a HASTY 31/0/29/31/3/31 Deoxys sufficient? I really don't want to spend a month SR'ing for a deoxys and later settling for something actually worse.
But, if you think I could do better, let me know.

When an enemy uses a two-turn attack in doubles and you use Follow Me, will Follow Me work only on the turn the actual attack is launched or does it also work on the first turn of the attack.

Also, when using Me First against a two-turn attack, will it skip the charge if used on the second turn or not?

If you had to give Electivire moves without it's egg moves (I.E. Ice Punch Crotch Chop), what would they be?

I was thinking

Thunderbolt/Punch
Earthquake
Flamethrower / HP Ice
Low Kick

And with a Mild nature and the EV spread of 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe? or Lonely 252 Atk / 80 SpA / 176 Spe?

What kind of baby? lol, Poliwag doesn't have any arms to Ice Punch with.

As far as breeding it onto other Pokemon, (male with female of different species), I don't know, it'd have to rely on the female's egg moves.

Hmmm you have a very valid point here, I just wanted to get a Poliwrath with good IVs and a good nature with Ice Punch in Pearl. Unfortunatly if I get it in Emerald you have a point about it passing the move to the baby since Poliwag has no arms. I also can't breed well in Emerald I seem to be screwed

Lots of questions to answer...

1.) Electivire without egg moves - gimme the nature, and I can say yes/no. You definitely can't have cross chop, which eliminates special sweeping potential. You still have T-punch, T-bolt, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, EQ, Ice Punch (emerald tutor), Fling, Brick Break (a weak option - unless its for like T-tar, T-punch/Ice Punch/Fire Punch will do more), along with Hidden Powers, notably Ice if you lack Ice punch, bug is surprising though not stellar.

You might want Vire without egg moves for the ribbons it has - from colluseum or whatnot.

2.) The Hasty Deoxys with 0 Atk must go - it needs at least 20, IMO, for Superpower/Pursuit/etc to do enough and be worth it. Otherwise, go for a Atk nature if thats the case.
You can't get much worse than that btw - 29 IV in Def, while the nature is -Def, and the attack is 0, while you are trying to not sacrifice and create a mixed sweeper.

QUESTIONS TO STILL BE ANSWERED

Restating my needs: Request to be pointed in the right direction:

Is there a list of legitimate IV distributions among legends/events?
If so, may I be pointed in its direction?

Can you SR for battonage pokemon?

2 questions:

Will explosion happen on an empty space? I tried it on shoddy and it didn't, but it may have been a glitch.

Can you me first a focus punch?

Explosion works but doesn't hit anything.

Me first fails if the opponent uses focus punch since the move focus punch goes before me first.

Quick question:

I am really getting scared atm, because it seems that the step counter in my game for breeding is messed up. Just an hour ago, my step counter was working perfectly fine, my eggs would hatch at 255, 510, etc.

Just now, I saw one hatch at 460, and I said "hmm... maybe i just messed up." So I started over and got a whole new batch of eggs. One egg hatched and I reset the step counter, then the next egg hatched at 920.

Solutions?

Did you get a new egg from the day care man while walking? If you do then the step counter resets to 0 without decrementing the egg counter of any of the eggs on your party.
Read section 3 of this guide if you haven't already: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20652 and try to see if you followed every variable when checking your steps.
Does it really matter tough? eggs hatch and that's it, I don't see the problem if they take a little more or less. There isn't any reason to be "scared" also, may I remind you that this is just a fucking game.

Well, the reason I getting a little scared is because the fact that my game might me messed up... that's it.

But what I do is:
Get an egg, walk 510, pick up another egg, etc.
When party is full go deposit/release the hatched pokes.
They usually hatch at 255 and 510.

btw. I'm next to the man at 510 steps.

But they have been hatching at weird numbers like 230, 360, 460, 920...
I just want to kno if my game is messed up.

I'm wondering about the move tutors in emerald (specifically, the one that teaches explosion). Is there any way to get them to teach it to more then one pokemon? For example, if I got him to teach it to a pokemon, then saved the game via battle frontier multi link battle then reset, will the game save the data saying if he has taught the move or not? Its probably more of a question as to what the game actually saves when you go to Battle Frontier.

Sadly to say that won't work. If you save the game to the point where your pokemon will have learned explosion when you reset it won't allow you to teach another as the first saved file was already saved.
The good news is that you could teach more pokemon the move by buying explosion in D/P =)

Your game is fine. The same happens to me too. If I were you I would get a flame body pokemon or something with flash fire. They allow the eggs to hatch faster, and if you want just put 5 of them on your team while you hatch one =)

How much of an increase does each 'stage' of a stat up move effect your stats with each use?

Also, what is the hit/miss percentage for these? My boyfriend is absolutely CONVINCED that if he uses Double Team 6 times then he can't be hit at all.

you're a girl?!?1?!?

-6 = *2/8 = *0.25
-5 = *2/7 = *0.2857
-4 = *2/6 = *0.3333
-3 = *2/5 = *0.4
-2 = *2/4 = *0.5
-1 = *2/3 = *0.6667
0 = *2/2 = *1
+1 = *3/2 = *1.5
+2 = *4/2 = *2
+3 = *5/2 = *2.5
+4 = *6/2 = *3
+5 = *7/2 = *3.5
+6 = *8/2 = *4

you're a girl?!?!?!!?

I have a question about 'bulky waters'. I know they're pokemon like Slowbro and Milotic which are generally hard to kill, but what exactly defines a bulky water and what is the main reason people use them?
