In Detail:

dpmfa130.png

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 212 HP / 184 Def / 104 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt

As a lead, his ability to Intimidate opponents comes in very handy. This can cause a switch, along with the threatening nature of Gyara, which well allow Gyara to set up, and then sweep. He can also Taunt incoming status or healing moves, or Stealth Rock on an opposing lead. This strategy also works without having to lead, because he can switch in on many Pokemon with his large amount of resists.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 240 HP/ 56 Atk /76 Def/ 136 Spe
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Zen Headbutt
- Reflect
- U-Turn
- Wish

This little thing provides my team with much needed Wish support, as they can't heal themselves most of the time. Wish on the switch, and then U-Turn on whatever they send out next. U-Turn allows him to switch out on Arena Trap, ShadowTag, and Magnet Pull Pokemon, to pass Wish more effectively. Relfect further supports my team.

Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptibility
EVs: 208 HP/252 SAtk/48 Spe
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Agility

This guy suprises most people when he uses Agility instead of the good ol' Nasty Plot. After one Agility, he can outpace the standard Scarf Garchomp and Deoxys-S, and can OHKO both of them.

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Stealth Rock
- Roost

Gliscor is my main counter for my HUGE Heracross and SD Lucario problem. Aerial Ace OHKO's Heracross, and Earthquake OHKO's Lucario. Steath Rock can screw around with the opponent over time, and Roost is just for survivability.

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 Def/ 56 SAtk/ 200 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Roar

My Vaporeon is one of the very few ones out there that does not run wish. I've decided to use Roar for some gereneral Phazing, because my team has a lack of it. HP Electric brings down Gyarados, and Ice Beam takes Dragons down. Surf is my basic STAB move.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Def/252 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Softboiled
- Calm Mind

This guy conters my Yanmega problem, and she counters Raikou, Suicine and Gengar, which can't even 2HKO this Egg thing with Focus Blast. Once the opponents fighters have been smashed by Gliscor, Blissey can "sweep" an entire team with BoltBeam.

Gliscor isn't really that necessary. Gyarados can take on both Lucario and Heracross well enough, even though you probably would benefit more making it Impish, and maybe using a RestTalk set. You should give it a try :)
Personally, I think you should be more concerned about a enemy Gyarados. Other than Forretress, nothing can take a hit from LO-Gyarados, and Zap Cannon is a really unreliable way to get rid of it.
You also have a REALLY huge Mixmence weakness. Brick Break, Draco Meteor and Flamethrower either OHKO or 2HKO everything on your team, and since your team is so slow, nothing can even outrun it.
If a Gengar got Hypnosis you'll have some serious problems. Everything on your team is 2HKOed by either LO Shadow Ball- or Focus Blast, and even if you don't get 2HKOed you can be put to sleep.

Regice is unable to counter both Raikou and Suicune, due its lack of offence. Even if you Psych Up 6+ boosts the matchup is in their favour, at least against Suicune.
Regice can survive two Focus Blast from Gengar, but it's unlikely it will so. The Stealth Rock weakness and the lack of recovery move means it'll be worn down way to fast.

I don't seem to find any specific need for Forretress in your team really.. Also, you got like three Pokémon who learn at least one form for entry hazards, and you use none. x_x

I suggest using a somewhat mixed Vaporeon. With a bulky enough EV-spread to take DM from a Mixmence, and still take hits from a LO DD-Dos. Maybe something like this:

Vaporeon
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 Def / 56 SpA / 200 SpD
- Wish
- Hidden Power Electric
- Ice Beam
- Surf/Protect
@Leftovers

This will let you take hits from both side of the spectrum, and counter both Salamence and Gyarados successfully. I also suggest using Stealth Rock on either Swampert or Jirachi, as it will wear down them both really fast. With Vaporeon, you'll also have another Pokémon with Wish, and that will make your teams survivability even better.

Using the standard Calm Mind Blissey will also take care of Suicune and Raikou if you really fear them, and it isn't easily worn down. Even through Regice is cool, Blissey completely outclasses it, even as a CBer. :o

I must apologize for my messy rating, I'm just about to get some sleep. <_>

You are right about the Luacrio hurting you but what is really going to hurt after Gyarados is gone is MixApe well the standard Hp ice/Fire blast/Grass knot/Close combat set. Also if you are having that big of a Hera/Luke problem than just replace Forretres with Gliscore.
