Blue Öyster Cult - Seven Screaming Diz-Busters because it is my newest addiction song. This song has so many layers it is ridiculous, and is probably my favorite Blue Öyster Cult song now.

Seven Days in Sunny June - Jamiroquai.
IMO, one of their better songs. Has a pretty catchy and addicting beat to it. On my top 10 list of songs for them.

The Doors - Riders on the Storm

One of the most chill songs ever. The coolest part is in the beginning when they do that staggered descending line on the keyboard (and later right after the keyboard solo)

I'm listening to Remember When (Side B) by The Black Keys. Their new album has two or three really dodgy songs on it, but this is the best one.

My December - I Burn the Flame

Friends band, good stuff, especially if you like progressive metal.

I Need Love - Robin Thicke

I think his latest album was a bit under the radar, so many of his songs were too. Pretty decent album, and this is one of the better songs off of it. If you enjoy R&B, try listening to this.

The Prodigy - Spitfire

I was never determined to discover The Prodigy but from what I see on their album Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned they're an obvious choice if you want to expand your music horizons towards the hardcore electronic.

It will definitely be fun to discover this band.

xbxrx - make force

nobody does the noise shit quite as good as xbxrx, i even favor them over the locust and holy molar now.

Norulz dude, the prodigy is awesome. The greatest hits CD is a good place to start. Also get "the fat of the land". And did you get though moon safari? Talkie Walkie is the next best one imo.

np: Why? - Crushed Bones

They're actually pretty good, heard about why? off a friend.

EDIT:

Sufjan Stevens - Casmir Pulaski Day

just a really beautiful song. my friend threw it on an xmas mix for me and it really speaks to me espeically since ive never listened to soof before
8+/10

If I'm ever a rave dj I'm gonna get right to the hook on some generic trance song, and BOOM you throw this shit on. Everybody is high on E and goes on a major downrush and kills themselves.

Great or greatest serial killer?

Fat of the Land was one of the first CD's i bought and let me tell you, I have not stopped listening to that piece of work. Just a fantastic compilation. For some reason, Smack my Bitch Up, Breathe, and Firestarter always make it onto my playlists. Just a fantastic CD and a fantastic band.

The fat of the land was awesome, but smack my bitch up actually started pissing me off after a while. I think that the best track on the album is climbatize. I could never stop listening to that.

but I'll be honest, I chose to buy the fat of the land over music for the jilted generation because it had a crab on it. they're both equally excellent. :)

I listened to Moon Safari, Premiers Symptomes, The Virgin Suicides, 10,000 Hz Legend, Talkie Walkie, and Pocket Symphony, which is all I have from Air, so yeah I've listened to Air a lot recently. Everything is just stellar. "Kelly Watch The Stars" is such a great song. It's what got me into Air.

I've only heard Moon safari, Talkie Walkie, and 10,000 Hz legend. Dude, you probably like them more than I do.

Pretty much the first 4 songs on Moon Safari are my favorites. Definitely what got me into air.

np: Daft Punk - Da Funk

I got some guitar pedals and now I'm trying to tab the baseline so I can make a cover of it. ;)

I just got the new Earlimart album, and I'm constantly listening to "Song For", and "Face Down in the Right Down."

Song For is pretty upbeat for these guys, and is just a great pop song. My only complaint for it is, is how short that song is. But it hits a high point when the vocals start harmonizing, and breaks between the refrain.
Face Down in the Right Down is a pretty chill song featuring the bands pretty typical relaxing mood. It's pretty catchy too. Ends well too.

Song For - 6/10, mainly for the shortness of the song.
Face Down in the Right Down - 8/10, it manages to hit the just right mood and ends pretty well, like I said.

Asobi Seksu - I'm Happy But You Don't Like Me

I'm expanding my musical horizons and this time I've discovered this shoegaze indie band, heard a couple of songs and so far it seems promising.

Japanese vocals with guitars and drums that can easily be described as very rhythmic and jolly, this seems to be really fun to listen to.
