Is BrightPowder a hax item, and could someone post the list?
yes, brightpowder is a hax item, as it relies on chance for its effect to take place.

brightpowder, quick claw, scope lens, king's rock, razor fang, razor claw, lucky punch (chansey), lax incense, stick (farfetch'd), and focus band would all count as hax items, to the extent of my knowledge.

I couldn't find a section for this under the gba section but does anyone know of a program/link that I can use for my AR for either the gba ruby or sapphire. I'm looking for how to make 31 IV pokemon. Thanks!

^^ It's a swarming pokemon so you have to talk to the sister in the house over in sandgem town. The pokemon changes everyday.

Thanks, I do realize I should've gone to Serebii now, though.

However, I do have a question that makes me feel rather stupid:

What exactly is resetting the PokeRadar? Is it recharging the battery then using it again?

EDIT:
I would like to start a trade thread since I just got Wi-fi. Are there any requirements?

Not so much requirements as guidelines; however, you need to post all IVs and applicable info. Also, few people will do anything about your thread if it has a messy or unattractive format. Here, you can just read the rules for that forum. The trade thread part is near the bottom.

Read the rules of the wifi forum so you know what to do, they are in one of the stickies.

You are right.

Anybody have an idea which trainer has Scyther/Aron/Zangoose/Mawile/Teddiursa/Gligar/Ekans in Pearl? Doesn't matter if it's their evo form or anything. Also the RBY/GSC/RSE starters/evos? I need to at least see them to put up a trade in GTS

I want to use the Dance Orb set but my Scizor doesn't have Technician. I love moves like Quick Attack these days though, and it's hard to shy away from Swords Dance and Life Orb.

I may just scratch that and go with the Agility set...
After all, it does mention that Swarm is the preferred choice of Ability.

Scizor seems like, from the looks of it, is one of those Pokemon you can just put what you want on it that tailors to your team's needs.

So I think I'll go with the Agility set, but I want to see if I could get any tips on this.

Also, what's this "magic speed number"?

I don't know if any trainers have those Pokemon you listed, but they're all either swarm Pokemon, Pokeradar Pokemon or ones you find with a GBA game in your DS.

As for the starters, the only way you're gonna see them is to migrate them, or trade for them. They're NOWHERE in Sinnoh.

Ouch...I do know some of them are swarm/insertion pokemons but no trainers have them or their evo form??

Also, when you see pokes in Battle Tower, does it count as you've seen them? Probably no..right?

What pokemon got bumped down to UU tier? I was gone over the weekend and figured out a couple, but I know I am missing some at the same time.

Aerodactyl, Weezing, Articuno, ... help please? Thanks

Edit: Shedinja, Miltank, Venusaur

Is the move Bug Bite only BP 60 when the opponent is holding a berry? In Serebii it says it receives effect from foe's hold berry. How does it work

The one about CH stages. I'm quite sure you can't get higher than 25% CH ratio, and that each stage boosts the chance by 6.25%, default being Stage 1.
