Mewnix is good except for the face....

BTW since you scratch so much....why dont you scratch the whole fusion in a cool pose? I am sure you could do that...It would be very distinct too...

And yes the left arm is a flower cannon dont ask me anythin about it..I just remembered Lilymon from Digimon1 and I thought of it...
Those on the antennae are fruit and below the petals is ...yes...a spring!

It looks similar to your drawing and is one of your better scratches, but I'm pretty sure that you didn't mean to give it petals on only one half of its neck. That's currently what it looks like. In general, you need to practice your lineart. As far as the design on this one, I'd say that it's a bit too far fetched to be a Pokémon. You might not like it, but until you really make an effort to emulate the dreaded "Pokémon style" (that doesn't just include colors), you're going to continue hearing that complaint. Try simpler designs. This one is more detailed than the typical Poké. Also, try a Pokémon eye study like I suggested earlier. Most Pokémon don't really have two pixel lines for eyes (barring the ones that are meant to appear unintelligent or have smaller glowing eyes), and that really makes a difference in the believablity of a scratch.

Edit 2: After searching a long time, I think Shellos or Finneon is our only hope there.
 
The lines are broken up in places, especially on the "nose"...it needs to be a little more even...both the fins seem to be coming from the same side of the fish which is wrong...Shading is slightly wrong but I like the design....you get extra points for cuteness too ^_^

My sprite is not that complicated...
Just look at Gyarados or Uber legendaries...

I'm surprised no one has commented yet. It's good to have yet another skilled scratcher in our midst. Aside from the length of Farfetchdus's legs (his left is longer than his right, you have excellent lineart (most of the lines on Farfetched and Farfetchdus's bills are exactly the same, though). Good palette choice, too. Red goes well.
 
I like it but the topmost feather on his right wing seems to go to deep into the arm.

Is Ignat Ok Heapunch?

Nothing happened to its eye, duskulls eye is like that..
If you mean the cyclops thing I only do that with pokemon that have prominent eyes or have it as a main feature...
example: Jigglypuff has very prominent and different eyes while ponyta doesnt ..
