Relicanth is one of those Pokémon that could use an evo, but simply doesn't possess much potential in its actual design. That's a problem with a lot of fakemon concepts. As an individual sprite, you did a decent job aside from the flaw Tauros mentioned, but I don't like complete species changes in fakemon. No Pokémon based off of real animals ever change species in evo lines. Coelocanth to swordfish just doesn't work very well, however it was one of the only things you could do to make the evo look different. In the future, you might try Pokés with a bit more potential. All in all, good job.

Well, I fixed problem 1, but your problem poses a delema.

I did it but its withouth bastiodon, i tried to fit it in but manectric has too cool features and I couldnt do withouth em!!

Flygon ruler, since a coelocanth shows signs of limbs, maybe you could make a evolution that develops small legs and maybe bigger fins??

I'd say it's much better. The head could be looking more to the right though. You said you fixed the nose already, but I'll say anyways, the curve sould be flipped.
 
metalgar i think you improved pretty much these are very good.
flygon ruler that looks much better now but i think its okay that he evlovses to a swords fish. i mean in pokemon a seagull evolves to a pelikan and a snake to a orange barney with wings.

First Scratch:


Cosmot - The Cosmic Larva Pokemon
Psychic Type.

Its going to be a caterpie-esque evo line (larva, cocoon, last thing). C+C please.

Requests from other forums. Wooper is so simple while Armaldo is so complex, I had to do a lot of detailing on Armalduke, especially with the shell( I scratched it all)
