Personally, I hate Yache on Salamence who already has less in the way of HP and SpDef and will already be losing 25% of its health while switching into Stealth Rocks. SR being banned might change that opinion, though.

Battle Roulette (Already Mentioned)
Battle Castle (Pokemon do not heal after battle, spend castle points to heal, see opponents team etc.)
Battle Stage (One pokemon ((or two in multi)) against a full team of the type you choose.)

No confirmation on battle points what you can spend them on, Serebii is waiting until the full release.

Serebii says that Skymin revert be to normal when night fall. So, you can't use Skymin or Origin Tina in Wifi, Skymin turn back to normal if placed in box or night comes and Origin Tina needs to hold an item to be in that form. Wow...these new forms seem more like gimmicks than viable things. I'll cry if Rotom share the same fate.

There is so many restrictions. At least people will stop crying over them being compatible with D/P now. They game basically makes them equal the second you try to interact with them.

It was already proven to be compatible with D/P. It wasn't like GF would purposely cut off Platinum from the D/P series, thus prevent players to trading their IV'd bred Pokemon to it. I'm more complaining about the weird ass mechanic used for Origintina and Skymin. The only mechanic that make sense is probably the turning back to normal when night fall since some flowers actually do that.
 
Well, regardless about Skymin and Origintina, I'm still getting Platinum for all of those awesome new features. After hearing about them I really, really want it now.

I doubt I'd even use Skymin OR Origintina, I don't play Ubers. So it doesn't matter to me. Sure, they're cool and all but it won't really mean anything to me if we can't use them after all (but I still think we'll be able to somehow)
 
Wait, I'm confused for a bit.... Can you using Orgin Form Giratina in a WiFi battle against D/P or is that it can only be used against another Platinum? Also you people whining about the Platinum orb sucking balls, and how it restricts Orgintina, it basically just gives it more power like Life Orb except you maintain the bulk as well.
 
... I don't think anyone has really complained. Ghost/Dragon is a fine attacking type. Better off than dialga, though not as lucky as lusturous palkia.
 
Has anyone been able to confirm the existance of a move tutor in Pastoria? I'd feel a lot more comfortable about the validity of the tutors if the first one is proven to be real.
 
Erh....rumor has it that Platinum orb go back into your bag and Tina revert back to normal in Wifi battles....wait so does Giratina basically go into battle without no item or does Plat Orb just doesn't work?
 
Unless it was a fake, we all saw a picture of Skymin fighting an Empoleon with the wifi bars in the top corner of the screen.

Also, does anyone know where the tutors are, and how you use them?
 
Wait...who said anything about Giratina being forced to use a Platinum Orb to keep its forme? In the Giratina vs Dialga video, I believe, showed that Origin Giratina wasn't holding any item. So maybe it goes like "Give Giratina Platinum Orb, go into a battle and Gira will transform. Then you can take it off and it will still be in its origin forme. It will revert back to its another forme upon doing the same thing again".

I'd be incredibly disappointed if Origin Gira can't be used on WiFi. At least make it Platinum vs Platinum compatible
 
My Skymin reverted to hedgehog form in a Platinum vs. Platinum battle yesterday.

I'm actually looking forward to a Seed Bomb tutor. Seed Bomb/Stone Edge/Swords Dance/Recover Cradily in a sandstorm is an asshole.

Are you absolutely sure you have to have a Movie Shaymin to get the flower? I unintentionally traded over a badly Pokesav'd Shaymin with "?????" as the OT and she still gave me the flower. So if it is the movie Shaymin, the game doesn't rely on the OT to check, at least.
