New Ou team... Prepare for: Jumpluff!

Hey everyone... so afraid that shaymin-s would be voted uber i decided to
make other team that did not include him. This is my second attempt and
i have decided to go for someone with skymins same typing: jumpluff.
WAIT... dont dismiss this idea yet... help me make this abetter team...
you'll see that jumpluff works wonders. That piece of cotton is a beast.

Tyranitar (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 64 Atk/194 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Superpower
Dark Pulse is a OHKO to azelf that set up stelth rocks. Flamethrower for
Scizor and other steels that think they can stop me, great coverage.
Superpower is for blisseys and heatrans especially. No one stops this.
Additionally, i get sandstorm in play... all the residual damage builds up so
that i can play easier.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Forretress does not only act as a wall but can also set up spikes and
stealth rock. earthquake for magnezone and other and explosion for when
he has finished his job. Im not sure whether i should have stelth rock or
rapid spin, seeing as jumpluff takes 25% form SR.

Rotom-h @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Trick
Actually, this set works great to kill stuff like heatran and other who swith
in thinking i will overheat or will-o-wisp. I want to change this to a set
that spreads toxic but im not sure how it should be or i should change to
another forme to counter something im weak to or scare something away.

Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)

I love this vaporeon set... it can take on so many things...bulky water die
to this set. wish/protect for healing and support, spreads toxic. Just
great.

Heatran pairs greatly with forrestress and jumpluff taking fire and ice
attacks. Water attacks directed to him go to vaporeon and earthquakes
to jumpluff or rotom. SubSalac is sometimes a surprise that can get me a
kill or two... however, when salac activates... he is one hit from dying. Im
thinking of changing to a Scarftran revenge killer so that he can act more
like a hit-and-run kind of killer.

Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

This thing is absolutely marvelous. First turn sleep powder...which doesn't
fail that much... second turn leech seed... third substitute...leech seed
the switch in... encore and stall or switch to an appropriate counter.
Heatran takes fire/ice attack, Rotom electric, vaporeon ice/water,
forretrss physical attacks... His counters really are just ice shard...After
killing his counters, nothing stops him.

I'll try to post a threat list later... i have yet to finish my extended essay
and I travel tomorrow so sorry if i dont make it.​
 
Why are you using Rotom-h with HP Ice when you can use Rotom-f with Blizzard? I would try it with the same set but with Blizzard. Jumpluff is annoying, but when Sleep Clause is activated, what can it do?
 
On forretress, rapid spin should really go over spikes. The SR damage done to jumpluff will add up too fast, especially if you plan to switch to other guys to cover his weaknesses.

First of all, Blizzard has terrible accuracy, so the odd chance he actually hits the bulky grounds or dragons he may be dead. Secondly, Rotom-H scares off Scizor, Lucario, and Heracross, while luring in Heatran to eat an extremely powerful Thunderbolt. Rudimentary stuff really.
 
Well, actually I haven't had trouble with sleep clause. Once i sleed one of my opponents it usually dies or wakes up before i need to put another to sleep. Jumpluff is really fast so he can set up a substitute easily while the pokemon asleep swithches out. Behind the sub it used encore and depending on what attack the foe is locked in I switch to another pkmn.

-Third... I agree with blasphemy1, he's completely right. blizzard just has awful accuracy and pp, i can't afford that mis.
 
Tyranitar - You're not truly OHKOing Azelf because Azelf also has a Sash. SandStream does NOT prevent Azelf from setting up Rocks. That's alright though, because you have Forretress. However... what are you trying to outspeed with those EVs? I have no idea, really. You should only be looking to outrun a standard Speed Magnezone (neutral nature, 84 EVs) so you can outrun it, kill it and then not fear about it trapping Forry or Heatran or perhaps landing a surprise kill on Vaporeon. Use this set:

Tyranitar @ Focus Sash/Leftovers (because you may want to save this Tar for later to bring out since Magnezone isn't a common lead)
Hasty (because Magnezones are special in nature) Nature, 240 Atk/252 SpAtk/16 Spd OR 236 HP/4 Atk/252 SpAtk/16 Spd if you're running Lefties
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Superpower/Earthquake

Forretress - Don't explode your wall. You may need it later on. Go with either one of the Screens or Gyro Ball over Explosion and run this EV spread:

244 HP/252 Def/12 SpDef - It nets you maximum Leftovers efficiency and gives you a little more boost on your Special Defense.

Everything else looks good to me.

changes so far:
Change tyranitar to MILD : EV 1778HP/ 80 Speed/ 252 SpAtt and changed dark pulse to cruch to mislead the opponetnt
It 2hkos blissey, ohkos scizor and skarm, outspeed scizor and magnezone.
Changed forrettres to EV: 252HP / 216 DEF / 40 SpDEF and changed spikes for rapid spin but i will only change explosion to gyro ball if i go with the scarftran set... haven't quite decided on that yet.

Just a minor nitpick, but Vaporeon doesn't need the 68 SpA EVs anymore, as those were for OHKOing Garchomp with Ice Beam, and he is banned. I suggest 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SpD, which optimizes defenses.
 
It looks like Lucario, and somewhat Scizor, rip a pretty big hole in your team. You don't really have much of an answer to something like SD/CC/Crunch/X-Speed, and it can set up quite easily. To remedy that, I would change that Rotom to Thunderbolt/Overheat/HP Ground/Trick @ Choice Scarf. That should take care of your problems with it, and give you a decent revenge killer to something like Magnezone.
