Does using Trick Choice Scarf on your partner or using Tailwind during a 2v2 battle make your teammate faster before the foes that were normally faster?

Ie:

YOUR max Speed Xatu uses Tail Wind or Trick [Choice Scarf] (317 Speed)

Foe's Max Speed Vaporeon uses Surf (251 Speed)

Foe's max Speed Lapras uses Surf (240 Speed)

YOUR max speed Camerupt uses Earthquake (196 Speed)

Will YOUR Camerupt go after YOUR Xatu and before both Foes since YOUR Xatu used Tailwind/Trick before your Foes got to attack, or does Tailwind activate officially next turn?



The reason I ask is because I heard a Skill Swapped Chlorophyll (Exegguttor to Groudon) would make Groudon get the Speed next turn, even though Exeggutor will likely use it first since it is very fast in the Sunlight, and technically Groudon should get to go 2nd once it receives the Ability from Exeggutor.

Acquire a wondercard from one of the multiple events that gave away a Jirachi in D/P and SR it.
All of those have been japanese until now I think but you can use AR or a flashcart to get them yourself (don't ask for help on that because it's against the rules).

Getting Jirachin in R/S isn't any easier because the only legit ones come from the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus disk that is relatively rare.

I was pretty sure there were no DP Jirachi? Perhaps you have fake wonder cards.

Bonus Disk is the way to go with Jirachi, lucky for me I have one (!), look on Ebay or something.

Nope, order's set after attack choices, so in the Groudon example, it obviously didn't have Chlorophyll when attack order was decided. And in the other example, Camerupt was the slowest at the time so it's going to die to those Surfs before it can do anything.

I'm trying to come up with a suprising Drifblim set; I'm trying to make it an active staller. The most important question is-should I max it's HP? With an HP sata this high, it's rather average defenses would need as much invenstemt as possible; but as for max HP, Drifblim gets 504HP, which is awsome for Leftovers recovery, and it's medicore defenses can be solved by setting up CM and WOW. Any suggestions?

jirachi is also obtainable through pokemon channel beat it jirachi comes to vist you yada yada you can beat channel in about 30 minutes so you could SR that way

Daisuki Club Jirachis often referred to as Tanabata Jirachis on the wifi forums are DP Jirachis (there are 07 and 08 variants that come with different berries iirc). They were handed out in special events held in Japan.

I think that the reasoning behinde banning nfe is that uu would turn into OU lite. for example, instead of having a bliss, people would have chansey. Instead of having gliscor, people would have gligar and so on.

And Gligar can't be used as an example because Gliscor only appeared in DP, and it had been used in OU since GSC...

It's not likely. Smogon doesn't even have its own damage calculator (something I'd expect the site to have more than something like that).

Not to mention that there are other things that need updated on the main site, namely platinum move tutor updates.

It is a great revenge killer with Choice Scarf, can Trick a choice item onto a special wall, resists and is immune to several key typings(Ground, Fighting, Electric, and Normal), and has several excellent movesets(I.E. Wil-O-Wisp really fucks CBTar switching in to Pursuit you, ect).

It is also a great Rapid Spin blocker.

Yeah, its a great switch into Scizor, resisting Bug and steel, and is immune to fighting. It can then threaten with WoW or Overheat (only H form can do overheat). And of course, Scizor is numero uno in OU.

Would someone be so kind as to find the max/min stats for an Adamant Hitmonchan at level 25, assuming no EVs? Normally I'd just use an IV calculator, but I'm currently stuck to using my PSP right now, and none of them seem to work on it.

If someone feels particularly generous, I'd also appreciate the same information for Tyrogue, but it's not as necesary.
