A pokemon I scratched. I used Haunter as a base to copy.
How is it?
Well, as a scratch its well done, but it doesnt look like a Pokemon, it more just looks like a fireball.
Those are sick! You really are something special.
I'll give it a try with my half-assed revamp style.

Finally figured out how to save my stuff as PNGs. Yay.
Only problem is lack of Photoshop and therefore lack of transparancey.Heres my version:
That's cool looking, nice job. :) Anyone know how people get such clean edges in photoshop sketches? For example of what I mean, look at Kopie's thread. Then, look at my thread. My sketches are a lot more sloppy looking, and even sometimes that gives me problems while coloring. Is there some sort of effect people are using. (because I've seen that look in other threads too) I use photoshop elements 6.0 and a WACOM bamboo fun tablet to those who are wondering. (or need to know that to help me) Thanks to anyone that'll help...

However, I don't particularly like the shading style; you've got way too many shades, which makes the sprites look almost gradient-filled. Compared to the low number of colours used in the outline, it looks a bit strange. But it's a nice style; it's just that the shading doesn't match the outlining...Made a bit of tweaks:

Could somebody do Sceptile base with DeoxyAs arms, eyes, Knee spikes and chest gem? And if you could do one with Deoxys color scheme and one with Sceptiles, that would be so awesome. I can't wait to see what this will look like.- Status
