Ice and ground is a good combo, its gives great coverage but you would have to do a set like this -

Relaxed nature
252 hp / 252 def / 6 atk
-Substitute
-Protect
-Blizzard
-Earthquake

220HP, so HP will divide by 16. So 220HP/44 Atk/202 Def/44SpA? How much attack does it need to unsure a 2HKO on Heatran, Tyranitar and Tentacruel?

No thanks, there are better Pokemon to do that...like Articuno, if the SR will do right.
I'll go with Surf, I just love Water all the way :P ...Blizzard/Substitute/Surf/Protect, Bold natue, Icy Body trait, 220HP/160Def/70SpA/50SpD. Don't worry about Toxic-I have Articuno for that, or Toxic Spikes on Closyer/Tentacuel...if Iwon;t get a decent Hidden Power on Articuno, I'll use Blizzard/Roar/Roost/Toxic...

If you have Toxic Spikes, the most effective way of using StallRein is Roar. It doesn't need to attack when the opponent is dying of poison.

I stil preffer two attacking moves....I also wonder about Articuno and Regice, my two favorite leganreries:
Regice@Leftovers
Calm nature?
252HP/?
~Rest
~Sleep Talk
~Blizzard
~Thunderbolt? Zap Cannon? Charge Beam? Thunder?

Articuno@Leftovers
Calm nature?
252 HP/104 SpA/defenses?
~Roost
~Blzzard (I can max PP, so don't worry)
~HP Electric? Fighting?
~Toxic? Roar? Reflect?
I'm also thing or Pairing Milotic+Articuno, Milotic uses Light Screen, Articuno uses Reflect...I'm more into offensive Pokemon, but considering I love all Ice and Water Pokemon no matter what, that doesn't matter that much...

2 parts:

1) How does a +Spe natured Blaziken's speed after a Salac boost (assume max EVs) compare to a neutral natured Blaziken's speed with Choice Scarf?

2) Where would I do the calcs on this myself? Damage calcs are easy to find, but I don't of a calculator this specific.

I don't see what's your problem... salac berry and choice scarf give the same 1,5 boost. With the berry you have the advantage of switching moves, but you need to activate it via endure or in other ways. Ths scarf gives yuo an immediate speed boost but locks your pokemon into one move. So, obviously, a + speed natured blaziken will be faster (after the berry activation) than a neutral natured scarfed one.

Serebii's IV calculator and Shoddy allow you to find the speed stat by inputting IV, EVs and Pokémon. +1 (i. e. Salac Boost) requires multiplying of the stat by 1.5. Choice Scarf does the same thing. The multiplying you have to do yourself.

I know we aren't able to use Origin Giratina and Skymin on Platinum WiFi, but Bulbapedia says that Ninty issued a patch for Pokemon Battle Revolution that allowed the Rotom formes, Skymin, and Origintina to be used, ala Pokemon Ranch. Is it so?

I am not sure what item to use on Trick Bronzong. What item do you guys find to be the most effective?

Wow, people asking questions I have experience with, this is rare. o_O

Anyway, I run a Trick Bronzong as a lead holding Macho Brace. It helps Gyro Ball's power and doesn't lock you into a move, and if a fast sweeper decides to show its face tricking a Macho Brace to it can really ruin any shot of a sweep.
