ok i have more then one thing that needs answering

first how can i get my charazard to learn belly drum?

and second on pearl for the DS is there a place ware i can go and get rid of HM moves?

and third can i teach my Raichu body slam? and if so how can i get that move?

1. Egg move.
2. Canalave City, one of the houses south of the Pokemon Center.
3. R/S/E/XD Tutor move. Then Pal Park it.

More specifically, breed a female Charmander/Charmelon/Charizard with a male Snorlax that knows Belly Drum, which learns it through level up (Level 17 in DPPt). The result will be a Charmander that knows Belly Drum.

No; they're not affected, but they won't absorb them.

Okay, can someone help me fill in these gaps for the official Nintendo tournament? I was thinking Latias or Cresselia, but that makes me Heraweak... Please?
 
What is the best way to EV train a pokemon with the minimum amount of experience?

Both examples have the pokemon infected with Pokerus:
1. Have the EV trainee equipped with a power item, along with a party of five other pokemon holding Exp. Share, and having it fight directly.

2. Having the EV trainee in a party along with five other pokemon holding Exp. Share, while also having it hold Exp. Share but not participate in the battle.

3. Have the EV trainee equipped with a power item, in a party with five other pokemon w/ Exp. Share, and also have it along with one of the Exp. Share holding pokemon participate in a battle.

Is there a link where it shows all the Pokemon you can catch with a Sapphire or Leaf Green cartridge jacked in with your Pearl DS cart (ie. you can only catch Lotad while playing Pearl only when you have a Sapphire cart in your DS)?

I have the same issue. It's likely just our computers since I know a friend's is working fine.

Anyone have any help for fixing my shoddy connection error? I've tried re-installing shoddy, Java, and clearing my internet cookies (this is usually the one that works) and none of that works for me. Any tips?

Neither Electrode nor Crobat works well with what I have, and Cherrim itse;f is too frail to do it...

Any suggestions?
 
When you use Explosion on the opponent, is their def considers -1 or -2? I looked on the short, provided explanation posted on Smogon, but wasn't entirely sure.
