Why does the Stratagem analysis say that it can use Air Cutter in one of its sets, while on Shoddy it lacks that move? The set is the LO Technician set, I believe.

It's a mistake in the analysis which needs updating. Air Cutter is not a move that Stratagem learns, despite it being boosted by Technician.

The winning movepool for Stratagem, assembled by X-Act did not have Air Cutter: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47358

But if you really want a special Flying move you can reduce Hidden Power to 60BP or less which can then be boosted by Technician:
59 Power
31/31/31/30/30/30
30/30/30/30/30/31

60 Power
29/29/29/30/30/28
28/28/28/30/30/29

HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe.

Thanks Toothache!

(Sorry in advanced for not looking through the topic)

Will the EVO project and CAP project be run at the same time?

Will UU/BL pokemon ever be considered when making a CAP (as in, a pokemon desgined with UU pokemon in mind)?

I'm asking this because I'd like to propose an UU enabler concept for the next CAP, but I don't know if it fits into the ethos of the project.

what happened to the second EVO?

i followed it to the point where votes were cast as to whether it should go pokemon/concept or concept/pokemon, but now I cant find it.

What was the outcome of the Attacking Moves Poll?

I am very surprised no one on the server seems to know this and I can't find it posted anywhere on the forum.

So, I know that we don't give our new moves to existing Pokemon, but can we give this new move, which seems sure to be Ghost-type, to another one of our CaP Pokemon, be it Revenankh or a future CaP?

are we planning to make a certain number of CAP pokemon? or just keep at it until we feel like stopping?

This really isn't a simple question, but I'll try to answer it. Basically, there might be a system where we have two ladders, one "Free CAP" ladder with all the CAP Pokemon, and one "Restricted CAP", where only the last X projects are allowed, X being some arbitrary number, probably 3-5.

I haven't been on smogon in over 2 months, and I haven't been completely up to date with the CAP project. Is there a place where I can view all the CAP pokemon thus far, and their "pokedex" entries?

Could someone give me a link to a guide that will fill me in on everything someone needs to know to do good in the CAP metagame.

Maybe it's me, maybe it's shoddy, but what is the advanced option for connecting to the CAP server? The CAP server hasn't been up there for a while, and I don't know the advanced option settings. Only the offical server is currently showing for me, so I even have to type in the Smogon U stuff (Host: smogon.com, Port: 50000). Thanks in advance for the person who gets it back to me.
