@Atyroki: Helping points!

-The head mask does not have a splitting line.

-The tail does not extend back to the head like Skuntank.

-Knowing the point of where the light is coming from will help a lot.

-It has four legs, I only see three.

Yours and Cartoons! are arguably my favorites, its just when you put small dots on the tail (like you did on your new sprite) it makes it look a lot better. Fixing these nit-picked aspects will help.

The first blue looks best to me, Chaoscrippler.

My only problem with yours is it looks a bit more like a kitten than a cat/fox. Its eyes look a little big, and the mouth seems like a smile.

Brightened the colours and made it overall less muddy looking.

I'm liking Atyroki's so far, with the light blue colours. Perhaps thin the base of the tail a little? Usually on bushy tailed animals, it doesn't start to get thick until a little after where the hair starts growing from where the spine extends.

Wizwum's also has potential, I think. The tail just needs some cleaning up, along with some general refinements.

My only issue is that the mask is WAAAAAAAY too big. shrink it.

Eh, the outlines look weird to me around the top right of his body. maybe tweak that part's color and shape?
The coloring on the mask on the far right is too blocky and descrete. Overall, great work man, much better than I could ever do.
My sprite is a current WIP... I received permission from elegy to use his sprite as an outline for mine (i changed up some of the stuff on it)
 
Yeesh, Cartoons!, your pose is so perfect, I'm absolutely awful at doing dynamic poses ;_;

@EoE: Seems when I redrew the front leg I went over the back one, fffff-, however I probably won't be taking those suggestions into account (at least at the moment) as I'm working on a new sprite with a different pose @_@
 
I agree with Cartoons pose, but I do think that is should be a bit wider to make the masks look less crowded.
 
Argh, can't wait to get home so I can post my sprite.

Anyway everyone's sprites are looking great, though Cartoons is the only one I could see passing as a Nintendo sprite. Edit: I take it back, I think all of these could pass as Nintendo made sprites now that people have started the tweaking process. Hybrids outline looks really interesting.
 
Wow, already good sprites. So far Cartoons! has my vote. It's thin and looks quite whispy, as a ghost type would. The middle mask needs to be closer to the topmost one though, just a bit, maybe 3 pixels.

Chaos's is really cute! *smiles* I'll try my hand at a sprite this time around...*goes off and starts working on sprite* keep up all the good work everyone and good luck! BTW, Atyroki's and Cartoons are pretty good as well.
 
All of these look really good!Can anybody tell me what program you used to create these?I might give it a try.

that's a really good pose if you ask me. i cant wait to see it colored.

and I use gimp for sprites. better color options.

Okay so, the shiny colors and the gender difference for the females are based on this image. I'll finish the shoulder masks and fix the proportions on some things tomorrow.

just a very, very rough sketch (yesh, I know it's pretty big) but I'm just testing out this pose. What do you guys think?

A WIP, still needs to be shaded and add an outline. This is my first all-scratched sprite, so I went with a very straight forward pose. Also, could anybody tell me how to make my sprite's background in paint transparent?
