Say something like Yanmega or Rhyperior is out of OU in April when the tier lists are updated, will they go BL or will they be tested in UU right away?

Uh i dont know if this is asked yet but[i dont want to look through 400 posts, sorry],
when were EVs introduced and how much did they go up to?

Are these method 2 spreads useful for anything?

Can someone please tell me the breeding process for getting encore AND switcheroo on lopunny? It says it can be done but I couldn't find out how. Thanks!

SMEARGLE is the answer to all Ground Egg Group Pokemon Egg moves, and Lopunny is in the Ground Egg Group. I.e. Have a male Smeargle Sketch encore and switcheroo.

How much speed should I give to MixMamo? Tyring to outurn Modest Heatran seems risky, as most are Scarfed nowdays, and I also want Blizzard to have more power.

Suppose I had something relevant to say about a Policy Review topic, but I'm not able to post there. What, if anything, can I do about this?

Mix Mamo is a tough one I find, but there are some useful numbers that you might want to try out. I must stress that It does depend a lot on the make-up of your team. You have enough power with Blizzard to 2HKO most Skarmory, but you could chuck in a few more to ensure the 2HKO on clever Skarmory who run a few SpD EVs, you need 72 SpA EVs to 2HKO the Skarmory in Obi's Stall team with Stealth Rock and Leftovers, assuming you hit it on the switch in.

Moving on to Speed, when I ran Mix Mamo, I ran + Speed, as most Adamant Lucario don't expect it, and are outsped. This needs a Hasty / Naive (Naive is probably best) nature and 236 Speed Evs to accomplish. You also outspeed Jolly Gyarados, Max Speed Metagross and Timid Heatran, if you want number specific to those three ask or use the Speed tiers.

If you don't like the attack drop you could run:

252 EVs - Draw with other Neutral / Max Speed Mamo
232 EVs - Beats Modest Heatran
200 EVs - The absolute minimum (or possibly 204) 246 / 247 is a good number because it outspeeds Jolly Tyranitar and most things that are deigned to outspeed it.

What is a good Pokemon to do a solo run with. (Meaning only beating the game with that one Pokemon)

Something with 4 attacking moves with good coverage and a high Attack/Special Attack stat. And that doesn't take too long to fully evolve.

In my experience, out of the starters at least, Infernape gets you through the game fastest. I'm pretty sure it can take the E4 alone as well, if the level is high enough that is.

Have fun with Platinum! I'm jealous >>

You cant beat the game with just one guy, you need at least 2 HM whores
And if i had to pick a guy itd be Swampert or Gengar. Theyd be massively overleveled halfway through the game and just OHKO anything they run into.

Is there any way to get a Zapdos with HP grass and a timid nature?
Every time I do it in team builder it says the IV's and the nature are incompatible

Funny, when it did that to me it always told me all the possible ways to fix it. Yeah, there should be a HP Grass IV set with Timid, if I am not very much mistaken.

EDIT: Try saving the team. It should tell you what you have to change.

Make one change.
Timid,
Change HP IV from 31 to 16, Base Power drops to 69
Change Attack IV from 30 to 31, making Hidden Power Electric
Change Defense IV from 31 to 20, making Hidden Power Water and base power 67
Change Special Attack IV from 30 to 24, Base Power drops to 59
Change Special Defense IV from 31 to 24, making Hidden Power Ground and base power 49.

Pardon my noobishness, but I really don't have experience with grass types and I can't test this right now. Leech Seed stops working if either Pokemon switch out, right?

EDIT: Also, will a Ghost's Curse continue to hurt the target even if the user dies?
