No; you can't. Ditto can't breed with itself in any game to my knowledge.
can someone tell me if we can find our SID in pokemon pearl? and if we can what are the requirements?
What Pokemon/Moveset/Nature are you using? And what IVs does it have?
You can't, so I'm going to say "deal with it". As long as they legally hack you should be able to fight them as an opponent, not in ethics.
Is there anything that deals well with both bulky Machamp and Ghost types?
Maybe Spiritomb? It has things like Taunt and Will-o-Wisp that will give Machamp trouble, and Ghosts always have trouble touching Spiritomb while it has some moves to deal damage back.

Is Hippowdon usable as a regular physical wall and not a lead? Or is it outclassed by Swampert?
Well, Hippowdon is weak to Ice and Water while Swampert is just neutral. Swampert can also utilize water and ice moves effectively whereas Hippowdon starts a sandstorm that might hinder or help you.
Hippowdon is better at walling physical hits, but Swampert has a little easier time with random special attacks.
So the answer is, it depends on your team.
I do need the sandstorm more than anything, but I was wondering if Hippowdon can stand up to physical threats alike Swampert.
It can stand up to them BETTER than Swampert, what with kickass HP and Defense stats.
Survival Area. You have to complete the mission in Stark Mountain with Buck to fight the Gym Leaders, though (catching Heatran isn't necessary). Good luck. :D
The Battleground, in the Survival Area; it's the house to the left of the Pokemon Center, the one your rival is standing next to. You need to do the Stark Mountain Quest first though, at least up to the point where Looker takes Charon (Pluto) away before you'll be able to get in there, though.

And basically my question is what moveset and EV placement should I use with it?
I was thinking of using the Choice Specs set with some physical attack in place of HP because of how weak it is or as someone suggested at one time, the Sword Dance set with Seed Flare as the sole special attack. Which would be more feasible (if there isn't any other sets I can use with it), and what adjustments should I make while EV training?

im making a team with tyranitar and scizor and i want to give a choice band to one and make the other a sweeper which one should be which

No one really uses SD Scizor anymore, as everyone is well aware of it so it should just hit as hard as it can with STAB Bullet Punch / U-Turn. Tyranitar is an alright Dragon Dancer, its the closest of the role "sweeper".

is there anyway to find out the IV's of a pokemon in the level 50's without any cheating device?(i need it for doing the pearl RNG thing). also, which is the highest level wild pokemon which is breedable?

The highest leveled breedable wild Pokemon is Magikarp in Platinum at lvl 100. They are found in the Resort Area.
sadly i have pearl so what about in pearl and about the calculator metalkids's one is better
