Are the minimum stats in the analyses based on 31 IVs? I'm asking because my HP Ice 67 Eevee has 3 HP IVs, and if I'm calculating right, 6 HP EVs would make a Petaya set viable.

Oh, what is a good moveset on a Jolteon with Rain Dance taken into account?

Yes on the analysis pages we assume that the pokemon has 31 IVs across the board.

I read something about shiny breeding based on a glitch at D/P/P but I didn't find any information about it..
Is there a thread about this?

Are Scope Lens or Razor Claw frown if used in wifi battle or meta?

Can anyone show me link of the chance's and stage % of getting criticals?

Those items can be used on shoddy, so I don't see why they should not be used on wifi. About the chances and stages, here.

I believe the modifier for it is still .75, so it will hit everything for 75 Base Power, instead of 100.

Its .75 unless the attack kills something then it hits everything else for 1. It also hits in order based on the ingame speed, not base spd (so it takes into effect TR and boosts)

So if you have Weavile & Dugtrio (using eq) and they have two really slow things.
Its hits weavile 1st for 75 base dmg. If weavile faints then it hits the other 2 for 100 base dmg. If he doesnt faint it will hit everyone for .75.

A side note, it doesnt have to faint your own poke that was just an example.

Thank you. I have 1 more question, does it really matter if I give my Lucario the last 6 EVs in DEF? I know it hardly makes a difference, but I'm just curious as to why they have it listed that why.

The last 6 EV's are simply for the sake of efficiency. There might be an occassion when one point may save your hide..

Well dang, I guess I have one more question. Is it best for your team to have only a few weaknesses? What I mean is, my team is weak to Ice moves, and I have a counter for Ice PKMN, or should it have a nice range of weaknesses so that not 1 PKMN can sweep my whole team?

Pretty simple. Your team will have weaknesses no matter what, the key is to make sure they overlap as little as possible. It's important to make sure you can resist key attack types on at least one of your Pokes, but if you build a varied team it shouldn't be an issue.

In a nutshell, a range of weaknesses so you can switch around is way better than one glaring weakness.

There are good reasons why you can't post a single pokemon. Anyway, that's the standard Evire set, considering the near perfect coverage it has with that moveset, you could also replace life orb with expert belt since you'll hit a lot of types for super effective damage. Standard sweeper EV spread too.

If I breed my Scizor and get a good IV adamant Scyther (Lv1). Then what should I do:
1. EV Train first and evolve him into Scizor second
2. Evolve him into Scizor and EV Train him second

What is a good moveset for a Jolteon on a Rain Dance team? Mine has HP Ice 67, so keep that in mind.

I'm thinking something like this:

Timid 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP (for Petaya Berry; mine has a 3 HP IV), Petaya Berry

Substitute
Baton Pass
Thunder/Thunderbolt (not sure which to use, for Rain won't always be up)
HP Ice

If Jolteon isn't setting up the rain himself, he should not have Baton Pass. That wastes way too many turns. If you're attempting a SubPetaya pass, that's even worse as it'll kill 4-5 turns of your rain (not including the turn you switch in or pass). You should either go full sweeper or have him set up the weather for something else and baton pass out (boost or no boost).

Got another question, what are the most used natures? I'm trying to collect some Ralts with synchronize for Dittos and a list would be handy to have.

Thanks
