That lugia is a bit cluttered. Also it hads a lot of JPEG artifacts. Otherwise, it;s good. I'd sugest recoloring the yellow to blue (but you cant cause you aldready saved in JPEG)

I'd also like to say Scizordex wins. (And, yeah, this is just me posting another one of my sprites. XD)
