Where do I check the analysis?

I have been told I can check the analysis of latios on the analysis page but can someone tell me where it is?
I have looked but to no avail
 
what do you mean by that? the highest lv pokemon that can be caught on pearl is arceus, but I don't know what you mean about being bred on pearl
 
If two Pokemon with conflicting weather abilities (Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, Snow Warning) are sent out as leads, which weather prevails?

Anything that can be caught in the survival/resort area, I would presume.

What's it called/where do you get it? I thought there was a pokemon app for it, but none of the FAQ's mentioned it.

Another question, is the global trade thing in Jublife City ever going to be re-vamped so it's... you know... not retarded and horrible? It baffles me that it's still as bad as it is, I'm pretty sure everyone over the age of 15 sees the problems it presents.
-Only allowing 1 pokemon in at a time leads to 90% of the pokemon in the station being "Undesirable pokemon for Most Desirable pokemon"
-Should be able to filter results better
-Should be able to see who is looking for pokemon you have
etc.

I mean these are all obvious ideas that pretty much everyones gonna come up with on their own, but are there any changes in the works? It doesn't seem like too much trouble.

Just wondering, if I were to swap the Bold nature for a Calm nature and the EV's accordingly would the set still function properly as it would in the example above? And if there are any problems could someone detail them to me please?

I don't know about the EV's or nature you need but just looking at that set it just screams 'taunt me.'

You should use the 40 HP EVs (216 Speed EVs can outrun the fastest things it can outrun) to be able to survive some special attacks.
