Don't know. No one does. Try catching something without frame advancement and seeing where it is. Try then doing a turn and seeing where you land. Figure out whats going on and then how to adjust.

Im very interested in Rng abusing, I don't understand frames and tapping, is there a software requirred to buy?
AR would probably be helpful, but not necessary.
The only required thing would be RNGReporter download, listed in the first page I believe.

I'm currently breeding. I've found a spread that will get me the IVs I want. With that, there's also a Flip Sequence. It's safe to get the egg and then try out the flip sequence to see if I got the right delay, right? Or is there another order to how I should do it?

That's how you do it. otherwise the people moving around will advance the frame while you're doing the coin flips.

all4game - you abuse for zapdos at oak, not in grass. So there is no point in trying to scent for zapdos.
Pocket - the range of time and delay that you have may prevent finding a possible spread. Also, the spread you are looking for may not exist. Try downloading the spreadsheets that have spreads already found for you.

have you checked your ds date and time
yes i sinced it with my laptop clock , i also found a shiny and did my PID and SID . i still dont know whats wrong, i cathed a lv 51 aswell near the battel tower places
hmm thats odd unless the information you put into the rng reporter is wrong
otherwise have you closed rng reporter then reopened it
well it worked earlier today, but only once, but i didnt get to try and see if it was shiny :( . the only thing i might think is wrong is that i calculated teh PID and SID wroong, if so can you check if i give you the IVs and stuff??

Yah I got it, but um another question, does Syberia's method and the one below them work for wondercards? I assume so, but aren't sure.
I have a suspicion that the number of menu entries can affect the even-or-odd state of delay.
We know that some people can switch even-or-odd with a GBA cart post-National Dex. I had major issues hitting 620 delay in Diamond trying to catch the Dialga (I could land 618, 619, 621, and 622, but not 620, and shifting years shifted the delays I could hit... >_<). Without the Pal Park available, the GBA cart did nothing for me. I ended up making My Pokemon Ranch attempt to connect to a DS (to get the Connect to Wii option to appear in the Menu), and my problems were shortly solved.
Long story short: I believe using Pokemon Ranch (or presumably PBR as well) to ask for a DS in order to make the "Connect to Wii" option available can solve delay problems like the GBA cartridges can.
