If I Pal-Park a Pokemon from 3rd gen to Platinum, can it learn moves from the move tutor in Pastoria City that it can learn in 4th generation, but not the 3rd generation?

For example, Roselia can't learn Toxic Spikes in Emerald. When I Pal-Park it to Platinum, can it learn Toxic Spikes from the move re-learner (so long as it has a heart scale and is at the right level)?
 
Got a Azelf with Naive nature and following IV's: 30-31/18-19/20-21/30-31/24-25/2-3 so it's kinda sad that it nearly got flawless HP and SpA but I don't know if I should keep it for this setup:
Azelf with Focus Sash
EV's: 4 Atk, 252 SpA, 252 Spe (IV: 28 SpD)
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Naive
Move1: Stealth Rock
Move2: Explosion
Move3: Psychic
Move4: Taunt
 
@Fall-If you think that's taking too long, try just max IVs in speed and a decent (20+) one in SpA. Defenses would be appreciated, but at a much lesser rate than SpA. Make sure your Attack IV isn't like, 0, because you still need to check blissey w/Focus Punch.

I have a question. Do you post a thread about a spin-off game (i.e., Ranger, Coloseum) in Stark Mountain, or in one of the old games forums?

Well scince my latias on shoddy has max ivs with a timid nature wich i asume it means that it is possible to have such a latias on wi fi. I asume that it is possible to have such a shiny latias unlikely but posssible.

Surely if U-turn had no effect on Shedinja, I should not have been forced to switch out on that turn. I should have had the option of using another move.

It could be a glitch, In D/P U-turn on Shedinja is canceled. It could have changed in Platinum.

And for those Flawless IV dittos: Check the trade section <_<
 
Just out of curiosity does any know if anyone managed to play in the VGC with legit pokesav'd pokemon lol (I mean so everything is legit, SID and Location and believable IVs lol)

There's no "perfect" team for the whole storyline. You need multiply teams too:
>Go in storyline(1)
>Beat the E4(1)
>Beat each Factory head TWICE (10!)
Which equals 12 teams <_<

Calm is +Sp.def, -ATK. You were thinking of Careful.
 
Surf / Ice Beam / Toxic / Recover

Surf / Toxic / Rest / Sleep Talk

Both of those would be ok for a Calm Milotic... they seem pretty boring though, and I only spent about a minute looking at serebii's pokedex to figure it out.

I'm not sure what else you could be looking for. Being too lazy to breed for egg moves is no excuse though, figure out what set you want, find the parents and make it happen. Haze, Mirror Coat, Light Screen and Hypnosis can all be usable egg moves for Milotic.
