I swear there was a topic made that listed all the illegal movesets of different pokemon and such, but I can no longer find it. Does anyone have a link?
 
okay, i have an important question, involving custap berry
(do not suggest me to use any other item)

1. Lets say i use protect while i am under 25% HP, does custap berry activate?
2. Lets say i use ANY priority move like quick attack, or bullet punch, does custap berry activate?

It was either deleted or locked as Illegal Movesets are based on common sense and a full list wasn't and shouldn't be listed. If any of the following things are in the movesets, it's illegal.

1) 4th Gen Egg Move and 3rd Gen Move Tutor

2) A set of multiple Egg Moves which cannot be obtained on the same father, like how Blissey can't learn both Last Resort and Gravity because Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff are the only Pokemon that can learn both, but not at the same time because they are recieved by different fathers (never happens in the Field (AKA Ground) Egg Group because of Smeargle being able to Sketch everything).

END IMPORTANT ONES

3) In the case of Incense babies, an Egg Move only recieved by the evolved form and a Level-Up or Egg Move only recieved by the baby (all I can find is Snorlax and Munchlax so far, excludiing HGSS).

4) A Level 1 Roserade with Extrasensory (Roselia doesn't get Extrasensory as an Egg Move and you have to level Budew up to evolve it to Roselia).

5) A Lickylicky/Tangrowth/Ambipom/Yanmega/Mamoswine with 4 Egg Moves because you need to learn 1 move to evolve into it and get rid of one of the egg moves.

6) A Mr.Mime/Sudowoodo with Tickle/Fake Tears and 3 Egg Moves as Tickle/Fake Tears is exclusive to Mime Jr. and Bonsly and you can't Move Relearn the Egg Moves either.

I'm sure I missed an important one, didn't I?
 
1. Can Mud Sport be baton passed? It doesn't mention it in the smogon article on it, but the move mud sport seems to suggest it will only go away if you switch out - and baton pass may not count as switching out.

2. Why exactly do critical hits bypass +def stages? Maybe it's something people accept, but I think it's a really dumb mechanic. It's not like crits ignore +attack stages. It makes defensive pokemon much weaker than offensive ones.

Suicune is stationary in HG/SS. Meaning you can reset for it. Are the IV's set in stone when it's released from the basement place? Or can I save in front of it and re-capture until I get the IV's i want?

We'll know the test results after every registered voter has cast their vote, and you cannot see the updates on votes to preserve the fairness of the votes cast, so you are not swayed by the voting trends.

Another question for a badged member, is the suspect voter badge considered an official badge?

Does it have the privileges of the other badges such as locking your thread or changing your thread title?

Does it go away after a while or after the suspect test is over?

Is it only useful for suspect testing?

They tested that on #smogonwifi irc and the ivs are set when u battle it by bill's(?) house.
 
I'm not competely sure if this is the right topic to ask so, but, what benefits would Raichu gain if the Lightball was compatible with it?

Only the rare candys were hacked? In that case it would definitly appear legal if traded.
In fact I'm almost sure that the game you hacked rare candys on would also seem legal if you didn't trade the poke
 
Everyone who imported HG/SS from Play-Asia.. did you have trouble getting it shipped to you?

I've heard of a few cases where the person had to pay extra because the package wasn't able to get through a few countries.. ie: Europe.

The only thing you'll have to worry about is timing. Shipping can take a long while depending on where you live
