The delay for HG/SS is 450-550 really, around 480 through 500. The delay doesn't go that low in initial seed finder. If you have the version that allows you to check the HG/SS box for the lower delays, then you are doing something wrong.

i've got a question: what is lati@s starting frame in hg/ss? when are his/her IVs generated?
Does anyone know how I can open the RNG reporter? It keeps crashing when I try opening it.

Try what I said here. Being a little more specific in what you're doing will also help us figure out what the problem here is preventing you from finding any spreads.

I double click on the icon to open it. There is a popup window that says 'RNG Reporter has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.'

All 3 birds are released at the same time. Just make sure you get it for the right bird. Read the op if you need the monster frame.
The last guys question reminded me of something I've been meaning to ask. Haven't done the birds yet, not in any rush to do them. But when i do, just to save time, is it "possible" to do 2 or 3 at once by looking for a good seed that will give me say Timid Flawless Moltres on my "target frame", but then also say a competitively IVd Timid Articuno 10 frames up from it? Is that how it would work killing 2 birds with one stone? I assume that's how you'd do them both (not that I'm particularly desiring them.)
I know I could just collect the one I want, but then kill the other 2 and beat the elite 4 and redo it for the next one specifically, but I'm lazy you know. :)
You would have to manually look in RNG reporter if the frame 10 after your target is good or not. No other way unfortunately.
