Gengar, mainly because it can switch in much easier due to its ground and fighting immunities.
Heatran is Fire/Steel, so just not Fire.Great typing, great defenses, great movepool, Heatran is an excellent revenge killer in the metagame and can also be used defensively surprisingly well. Why do people say beeing Fire-types is bad, and despite it, what made Heatran so popular?
There just aren't many good Fire-Types out there, and the Fire-Type is an awful defensive typing, particularly since Fire-Type pokemon to begin with aren't really bulky anyways. Add being Stealth Rock weak, the prevalence of the bulky waters, and no immunity to sandstorm, the fact that Fire is a predominantly Special typing (which means you've got a Blissey problem)and you've got a problem. Why do people say beeing Fire-types is bad, and despite it, what made Heatran so popular?
Also. Iv'e decided to use Aqua Ring on StallRain (<333333), Should I replace Substitute and go Protect/Aqua Ring/Blizzard/Surf?Who of the two is generally considred better-Alakazam or Gengar, and why?
I believe that a "Life Orb number" is one that ends in 9. If your Regirock has 330 HP, it will take 33 damage due to Life Orb recoil, but if it has 329 HP, it will take 32 damage due to Life Orb recoil (since the damage taken is 10% rounded down). Can someone direct me to an explanation of what a "life orb number" is? I know that if you're planning on using a life Orb, then you should have your HP be a certain type of number (odd, even, ends with 9 or something?!), but I just don't know what it is.
I want to EV train my RNG'd 0spd-nature Regirock in HP anyway for a TR SS team paired with a TR Hippodown (doubles), and plan on him using an Orb, but don't know what a good HP for him is. I guess I'll chuck the rest in SDef, but with SS that doesn't seem necissary.
A Life Orb number, at least as far as I understand it, is really just making sure that a Pokemon's HP isn't a multiple of 10, so that it can use Life Orb 11 times (assuming it takes no other damage), instead of 10 times (due to the amount of HP it takes being rounded down, as explained). However, since it's unlikely that you actually will be able to use Life Orb 10 times in a row without having taken any sort of damage, it's not something that's overly important. Can someone direct me to an explanation of what a "life orb number" is? I know that if you're planning on using a life Orb, then you should have your HP be a certain type of number (odd, even, ends with 9 or something?!), but I just don't know what it is.
Or should he have Fake Out instead? Weavile might not be able to accomplish a Swords Dance in Battle Tower without the Sash.(Battle Tower Lead Weavile stuff)

Nope; nothing's changed to make that legal (neither are move-tutor moves, and nothing that Azumarill can get one of the moves from seems to have gained the other), at least nothing that I can see.Is Belly Drum + Aqua Jet Azumarill legal now? Today a guy used a Belly Drum + Aqua Jet Marill (lol) against me today on the Shoddy ladder...
Who else would be good for this team?
