Nah, Penguins and Avalanche, both deserving. I love how Kings and Avs were 14th/15th in the West last season and are now 2nd/1st, albeit with games in hand.
 
If someone had offered me a million dollars to bet on the Avalanche being first and the Kings being second in the west at this point in the season, I'd have had second thoughts even if I only had to pay the dude 10 bucks of my own (well thats a bit of an exaggeration but still).

for info, the Stoll add was before that talk so I dropped him still.
 
Okay, I just wanted to remind everyone that in general we are trying to avoid that while allowing Vineon room enough to maneuver with his strategy.
 
Of course, you could always just, you know, not play the guy you streamed in (again)...

Courtesy of Sun Media: Best costumes of the year go to Dustin Penner and Andrew Cogliano, who decided to have a little fun with their off-season issues at the Oilers' Halloween party. Both were part of a trade package that was supposed to fetch the Oilers Dany Heatley. Cogliano went as Heatley, complete with the jersey and the identical visor. Penner showed up as Santa Claus, with "No-trade Clause" written on his back in Heatley's honour.

picked up raycroft in my other pool for last nights game, huge shutout won me the week ahah 8)

my other team is doing great but seriously someone help my current team.

I wouldnt do that, its over and done with so no use in fighting or dwelling on it. The initial post was just a friendly reminder.
 
I hear trades are a good way to make your team better. I am always unsure why teams that are obviously struggling try to solve things via free agency. Players are usually free agents for a reason... there are always deals out there that work for both sides.

EDIT: Although man wow, looking at Jackal's roster he only has 7 dudes I would have drafted in a 16 round draft. Sheesh!

EDIT: and there are 3 teams worse than me AND wer is beating us all so who is laughing.
 
Er if you want to pick up a veteran, try Tkachuk? I dropped him because I need a better goal tender (picked up Nittymaki, he's playing well so far), and Tkachuk wasn't performing as well as I wanted him to. You can try your luck.

I was shocked that Rich Peverly wasn't picked up just til now. I thought he was on a team already, that's why I didn't go looking for him >.<
