Take this situation:

Lugia uses Toxic against a Mew with Lum Berry and Synchronize. Does the Synchronize go before the Lum Berry and Lugia is poisoned but Mew is not, or are neither of them poisoned?

the lum berry activates before synch, iirc
 
Yesterday, I received the Draco Meteor Jirachi and I want to actually soft-reset this thing correctly. I read the RNG Manipulation Guide, and I think I have a good feel of what I gotta do. Does anybody have any suggestions for movesets and IV sets utilizing Draco Meteor? Also, if you know of an easier Wondercard IV set I can use (because I do not want to be spending 3+ hours on this), I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
 
Lacking STAB draco meteor is actually a poor option on Jirachi competitively. A STAB psychic hits almost as hard as draco meteor does (135 base power vs 140), without the negative effect of lowering SpA 2 stages.
 
Legendaries

How do i get a specific nature onto a legendary pokemon? Is it only from trading? If so, can you point me to the trading site (and is it reliable - i had some problems with an alternate site)? Thanks

how would i go about getting a set added to the strategy pokedex, would i write a whole analysis on said poke, or just elaborate on the set?
 
First of all, post it in this thread with a short analysis. If it gets a good reception, do a full write-up and post it in C&C. If an update is being done on the pokemon in question in C&C, you may be able to post it in that thread.
 
ok that makes sense, but if said set is infact well recepted, would i have to do a full writeup for it, or is there a chance it could be added without one?

right now im just brainstorming, i havnt yet tested it or check if its already posted somewhere, but its an idea for a lead exploud

Whatever you do, you should test it first before you do anything. What tier is it for, and what does it do against various leads? EDIT - I am asking the questions expecting answers - there is nothing pointed or rhetorical about them
 
If Arceus is never made available below level 100, as is looking rather likely, what will be the rules regarding its usage in Ubers?
 
Well, assuming that it is coded into Shoddy battle 2, you should be able to use it with a limited EV spread. In wifi I presume it will remain banned.

tbh im just going to start out with, the little contributions like typos, errors and RMT's, ill eventually get to whole write ups and movesets, but i figured i would get info on the the whole process, before i dive into it.

Nope the are both egg moves;

Belly Drum is learned through the Poliwag family while Aqua Jet is learned through the families of Seel, Kabuto, Empoleon or Buizel. Since both moves come from different parents they cannot be on the same moveset.
 
I have a question about thunder, i know it had perfect acurracy in rain and 50% in sun but how do sandstorms and hail effect its accuracy?
 
Grey Skies - you save before catching the pokemon, catch it, then check its nature. If its not right, reset and try again :S Its called soft-resetting...

My question:
Want to breed for a shiny (IVs irrelevant) on D/P, and can't remember where the shiny/non-shiny gets set, so don't know best hatching method to use. I'd probably prefer SR method if its only when I take the egg. Tia
