There could be something like a submarine bike, they could bring back the "dive" aspect of R/S/E, just using a bike/aqua-thing instead of pokemon.

I was just exaggerating with the car. Maybe a hovercraft to get between towns instead of fly.
And speaking of Mossdeep, one last speculation on Porygon. Maybe a biological evo. They created Castform, and he isn't programming.
Or maybe some side event where Poygon takes you into Cyberspace. I'm just spitting ideas, though And I already know:
a) GF will be too frightened to try another "Electric Soldier" stunt (But that's a good thing. That instance will keep GF from making hasty decisions)

Lol. Porygon was actually completely un-related to what happened in the banned episode. It was Pikachu's fault. He is the one who T-Bolted the Anti-Virus software (according to Bulbapedia).

I believe it's going to be your Pokémon. "A Fly mini-game", more or less like on Ranger 3 (which means you could just NOT play it and fly to whatever you want instantly).
Atomic explosion- Can be used outside of battle to blow up one Gym, allowing you to skip that gym.
Keep in mind Radioactive waves are a form of poison. Also, Grimer was made from radioactivity (or something like that from the moon). Just a normal and Poison Pokemon with a base 100-120 Poison attack. Maybe give poison something to live for. It might even make sense for a steel typing. A robotic shell was created to protect and improve Porygon's programming.
That's an excellent lesson for today's youth. BTW, keep in mind you aren't allowed in the Pokemon League untill you get 8 Badges, weather you skip one or not.
Also keep in mind: Silph didn't make Porygon-Z. Nobody knows who did. It's supposedly illegal software, so Porygon would probably gain an evolution like Gloom got bellosom: Where it branches of into to different evolution's depending on the programming installed.

The best part of Porygon is that it's pretty much an open-source program (well, sort of), so it can have as many evos as Eevee already has n_n Not that I think it will get any evo besides a possible Porygon3, though. And maybe an item or two to "fix" Porygon-Z or "improve" the whole family.

Anyway. Now that I think about it, an evo separate from Z that is more defensive. It would make sense. Silph Co. was trying to make a sturdier machine to travel, but someone created unauthorized software in an attempt to make a dangerous Pokemon (Hint: highest non-uber special attack and download). This Pokemon grew emotions, and wouldn't go as berserk as they hoped, so they gave up the idea, and try to use it to reach the distortion world, or some other parallel universe in hopes of finding some new monster. What happens after that is a mystery. So Silph develops new software in an attempt to make a Pory 3, one that can fly and successfully reach distant planets and stars (like a Satellite, but Alive) and still have incredible durability to survive on places like Mars where temperatures are out of control and Gravity is constantly reshaping.
You can trade a Pory 2 w/ a Dubious Disc for Porygon Z, or some new item that will evolve Pory 2 into something even sturdier.

For a new vehicle, I think skateboard is the most likely. Surfboard possibly, but it's not entirely never-seen - Pikachu in Yellow and console games could ride one.
Aircraft is also a possibility. It does seem like there'll be more urban elements to the setting. An aircraft could let them have essentially two distinctly different regions, widely seperated.
Car technically hasn't been seen before, but trucks have. In any case, it'd be unlikely to be drivable.

I really want to see the 2 versions take place in different regions....Then after you beat the game, you unlock the opposing region, but in "hard" mode.

Considering how big that city seems to be, I guess the whole game will be too, including the region. An aircraft seems really possible, in my opinion.
My bet is on a Silph "patch" that is actually one of Game Freak's anti-piracy blocks, which freezes the game and deletes the save file if you send Porygon-Z out holding this item when playing on a flashcart/emulator.
Take that, fucking pirates.

I think they should just stick with a bike. If they make a new vehicle, that's good and great, but the bike symbolizes how simple the concept is, and that your just an ordinary child who just happens to be a really good battler and "Fights for his friends" (If you have SSBB, you should get the joke), and not some hot-shot super hero destined to save the world. They can add whatever locomotion they want but the bike has to stay.
Whenever you copy Porygon, he is formatted, dropped to level 1, forgets all his moves besides Tackle, looses his EVs + all IVs are set to # between 1 and 10, and Pory 2 and Pory Z are dropped back to Pory. Or he could just self destruct. Whatever floats you boat.
A method to get from region to region, and an older hero (to drive a car or motorcycle) is not unheard of: Wes and his special hover-unicycle. IF the game is going to be a lot bigger, then I think aircraft (though not needed because of fly - or is this for super-long-range?) are possible, as is a 17-year-old hero, or 18, even. Anyway, automobiles are likely to show up, I think.
