???I'm RNGing for Wondercard IVs, and it's my first ever time RNGing and I'm a bit stuck:
as someone said earlier, my delay range is 600-610, yet I never seem to get the right one. Is there any way to get the delay I need, or do I have to keep trying?
Also, when I Journal flip, does the initial appearance count as a flip? The fram I want is 26, with no wanderers, so that's 12 Journal flips and one NPC movement, right?
If it matters at all, the Wondercard Pokémon is the PBR Electivire.

The guide says if it's odd you need to subtract one so it divides into a whole number.
The seed I want is 8A140262.
The bit in the 'Time' section is my target time, isn't it?
EDIT: I just hit the seed, and the IVs are wrong. When the Journal first appears, it advances the RNG by 2 doesn't it?
About the journal flips unless it said a pokemon was capture or defeated I not sure if the RNG will advance, if it open automatically. I still will advise you to do the flips when the journal openNote that if the "Total required RNG advances" is odd, you should subtract one from this number and then calculate the page flips. This will leave you one frame shy of your target, which can be made up with NPC movements by slightly pausing between canceling the Journal and collecting your gift.

If you caught/defeated a pokemon on this day, the initial journal page will advance the frame (although you can still compensate for this in your frame calibration).I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has done so much research into RNG and has made it relatively simple for all of us idiots!
I just hatched an Adamant Shiny Beldum and after hours upon hours of calibrating and research got the IV spread as follows:
31/31/31/20/31/31
A quick question, can I no longer use this specific day since my journal entry will have it shown as I caught and hatched something, which from what I read would increase my frames? I was quite consistently hitting 9, so I'm guessing my frames will go up as that page has that info? Any help would be appreciated, but again thanks so much!
If the frame is 26It does have a page on captured/defeated a Pokémon, so that makes 11 Journal flips + 1 NPC movement?
Hitting the seed is getting annoying though.
@At kirbyman
If your are doing 11 flips then 1 movement and getting a frame of 27 then something is happening (like a npc is moving)
11x2 = 22
1 npc movement (no turn and step, just one step) 23
wondercard pkmn = 24?
27 != 24
turn = 1A video I just watched said that everytime an NPC turns, it advances by one, and everytime they move, it advances by 2. True?
@starvos
I believe its the same
1
5
9
Not sure though >.>
I really dont remember, but I would advise you to ask Nexus, Pehu or another person who have ID abusedthanks do you know which one is at each frame?
I didnt hear him saying anything about NPC on that videos.Here you go HCZ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-rTD22GHAI
It also says it's the hardest by far. Would anyone else say that? I tried breeding and found that really hard.
EDIT: Due to the placement of my NPC, he can't do a turn step (it's the Sandgem PokéMart).

But
Please list me the steps you are taking?
You are saved infront of the deliveryman correct?
For flipping pages, Smogon says "Do not count the journal's initial appearance as a page flip."
I have a captured Bibarel on the first page of the journal when the journal appears. So does this mean the Bibarel absolutely does not count as an advance?

One other question as well. Is it absolutely necessary to put the calendar ahead a couple of days in order to calibrate before doing an IV spread? Can you go ahead and do the calibration without having to have the journal pop up?
You can but you wont get accurate results, because you cant guartee that youll hit start the same time everytime to make the menu pop up and stop NPC movement, so its better off just having the journal pop up not like its hard to change the date anyways...
"Opening the Journal, or having it automatically open, when there is a caught or defeated Pokémon on the first page advances the RNG by 2 seeds."Thanks, Jubiliee. You happen to know the answer to my first question as well? Repeated below.
