In America, we could only d/l Jirachi to DPPt. HGSS came out after the Jirachi event ended. So you can probably only d/l Jirachi to DPPt as well.
 
No, it's both HGSS and DPPt, since HGSS is out here and it has been reported as working on HGSS. It'd make no sense, given it unlocks Night Sky's Edge, to come out on DPPt when HGSS has come out. For proof, see this :)
 
I am breeding my ditto with a snover for ivs, non rng and I have a question. The ditto has 2 ivs in speed and the snover has 31 ivs in s atk. I gave the ditto the power anklet to pass on its speed iv and the snover a power lens to pass on its s atk. Why is it that I got a snover baby with 31 ivs in both speed and s atk?

Usage of two power items doesn't guarantee either of them will be passed down, iirc.

I was poking around the testing thread, and one person reported that it appeared that two power items would let one or the other parent pass on its IVs, but not both at the same time. I don't recall, though, if that was refuted or not.

If so, when you are typing up in the Advanced Post format, (and you might have to go to your User CP and turn on more advanced posting tools,) click the small box with the - in it that says "Wrap
tags around selected text". Or you can always just type it manually, look at how I typed it earlier to see how to do so.
And if you are trying to do this for a signature, write it in a post and then copy and paste it to your signature
 
Does Rayquaza's Air Lock ability only trigger once when he comes into play?

I ask, because I know that when you have abilities like Drizzle and Drought that come in together, the slowest pokemon's ability sticks. So I'm curious if Air Lock works the same way.
 
Air Lock negates all weather effects. So as long as Raquaza is on the field, there is no sun/rain/hail or sandstorm active

No offense but RNG too complicated for a 10+ game. I think I will do it the long way.

As for Milktank..She needs speed IVs? Im making a cleric one btw.
 
Well it would be a waste to just throw away a 100 base speed stat but you don't need perfect in it. Just not really low IV's in speed
 
That is my Suicide Froslass's IVs.

7/28/9/24/18/27

They say it could be better and I sort of agree. I would want 10-15 in hp, 28+ in Sp Atk, 26+ in Sp Def, and 28+ in speed.
