Yes, but clearly related, nonetheless. Since that guy seems to be the main villian of Black/White, I wonder just *how* this guy:

is related to the villian. Other than the glow-in-the-dark hair. Perhaps he is a member of the evil group, yet also functions as your rival...?

that freak is wally 20 years in the future!

edit:i still think those 2 are the same person, until oficial confirmation i wont change my idea.

the talk about a tauros evo got me thinking about a miltank evo, which got me thinking about how fat she was and how it might be kind of neat to have body slam do more damage on smaller pogeymans
 
They could be the same person and the picture of the younger guy could be a flashback. Either that, or they made time travel. If you rival is the evil leaders son, that could tie in with the whole good/evil thing some people want.
 
I see,very old info,nevermind. But this Evil guy is definatley going to be amazing,I hope he wont have the usual evil pokemon,mabye some thing lighter (not ligh type) Mabye hes one of those Destroying for justice and the good of humanity vilans

ok this joke is getting old enough, time to be a little more serious.

the fact he use what appear to be a armor or some weird clothes already tell us he is the boss of the evil team, he got something that look like a scouter but probably dont show the power level so we can assume that he is crazy.

to put it short, i think he will be one of those I AM JUSTICE type of evil guys.

also what is thing claw thing in front of him? its maybe his hand(With a armor thing covering) or is maybe something else.....?

edit:after looking for a while it look like a crow or at least something made of gold.
 
That green thing in the middle of the room is clearly a girl with a beret. Here's what I think happens:
-Team Plasma (I do believe that's the syndicates name, right?) busted into that persons house because she has something good.
-You walk to advance the story
-That guy is the girls brother/justice fighter and he thinks you're jacking that girl
-You battle
-He still thinks you did it, but lets you off since you won
-Tada, he's your rival

That's the first impression I got.
