the Smugleaf evo looks exactly like everyone should have expected it to; a bigger smugleaf. Mijumaru evo is in the same boat. people should stop complaining and wait for the final evo before they get all uppity. if you don't want to do that, at least explain your hate, because I'm tired of hearing the same repetitive shit every time something new is revealed. if it's such a huge problem, then leave this thread and don't buy the games. simple solution. :|

personally, I only dislike that bat thing. I can see potential for an evolution, but in that stage I think it looks... well, fucking stupid, for lack of a better term... I keep seeing Koffing, only with wings, and... fake. like it would be a Koffing replacement used by another company to avoid lawsuits. it'll grow on me though, I know that.

by the way, looking at the Mijumaru evo, it looks like the shell is gone... however, it seems to have a sash or something going across it's chest. maybe the shell turns into armour? the picture is too blurry to really judge.

what the fuck happened to its arms? they got smaller or something? legs are on the same boat even though the body surely got bigger.

the worst haircut i ever saw.

there is just something wrong about him, you can notice only be staring at the body. he look more like a larva then snake.

this last one is just because of the internet meme, but he dont look like the cocky spoiled kid we love.

i will buy the game, but not for the pokemons. i am getting the game because of all the new stuff. agreeing with the bat thing too. those were the reasons i dont like thugleaf.

Water/fighting doesn't have the many weaknesses, only grass, electric, psychic, and flying. It gives STAB on fighting moves and is just plain unique. The only other pokemon to have water/fighting as a type is Poliwrath, and he isn't as cool as Mijumaru is going to be.

Fighting isn't a weakness...

I guess Psychic and Flying don't exist.
 
i am neutral to emo clown evo, its not horrible like thugleaf but its not amazing(still cool though).

water/fighting is a great defensive typing but if he is a offensive pokemon then it might cause some problems.
 
I wonder what Shell Blade is going to do...
And maybe other Pokemon will be able to learn it too, and not just Mijumaru... like Cloyster and Blastoise :3
 
I don't get what is so wrong about Tsutaju's second evo... I mean, go look at something like Prinplup if you want a second evo that looks the same. =/

waterfall/new powerful physical water move/shell blade

ice punch/other powerful new physical ice move
aqua jet/return/other powerful (possibly new)physical normal move/powerful (possibly new)physical electric move

special set:
surf
ice beam
aura sphere
close combat

if sad otter does become a samurai, shell blade could very well be its signature move
