Sorry, but there are just way to many similarities between the two designs.

They both have 4 legs with 2 exaggerated spinnerets, their legs both start with thin rods that lead to a thicker main leg (and on both of them one of the leg pairs is attached to their neck), and if you look very closely at the images of Denchura you can see a spike on the top of its head and what appears to be part of a pattern on its back. And before you try to pull the color scheme, look at Spinarak.

I dont know why you guys believe that drawing , just cause it has Iris in it doesn't mean its real...the "Iris" thing could have been leaked to the artist earlier and he just drew this...I mean do you seriously call his a professional drawing ? And lol...2D Pokabu...
EDIT:And there's no reason for "An artist from the company whatsoever" to show two evolutions at once without Pokabu's they didnt intrdouce the starters one by one or two and then one either........

Altaria's tier placement wouldn't be affected by an evolution. You could still use Altaria in UU.

What??? Bagon is a classic case of a kid being bullied and then going on to bully other kids.

Bagon harbors a never-ending dream of one day soaring high among the clouds. As if trying to dispel its frustration over its inability to fly, this Pokémon slams its hard head against huge rocks and shatters them into pebbles. They also hurl themselves off cliffs in vain attempts to fly.

Salamence is an extremely vicious Pokémon. It is also arrogant about its victories by spouting intense flames into the air. This behavior may be explained due to the fact that it faced many hardships to get its wings to grow, and therefore, it is very proud of its achievement.

So yeah... I hate Salamence. Mijumaru is way too cool to be compared to Bagon or Salamence. >.<

Well at least his loved now,its a total cyndaquil situation,first one looked bad then the rest were awesome.

Also, has anyone considered the possibility of Pokabu evolving into the first defensive Fire-type? With decent typing of course... Maybe Fire/Steel?

Dragonite: 91/134/95/100/100/80
Tyranitar: 100/134/110/95/100/61
Salamence: 95/135/80/110/80/100
Metagross: 80/135/130/95/90/70
Garchomp: 108/130/95/80/85/102

Now, based on the past, you can see they boast similar, though not identical stats, just placed and tweaked in different areas. All have an attack stat of 130+, so the next pseudo legendary having a similar attack stat is almost certain. The special attack is generally at around 100, except garchomp, who breaks the mold on most stats. HP is generally the same, around the 90s. The speed stat is the most varied, and is what makes the slower, bulkier tyranitar different from the mixed salamence. The speed basically determines if the poke will be bulky like ttar, metagross, and dragonite, or fast and powerful like salamence. This is impossible to really guess on, as it varies. Again, garchomp is different because it has speed and bulk. This could mean the next 600 could also be different.

Anyway, the point is that I really doubt there will be a specially based 600 BSTer, but, as the past says, it will have 130+ atk and a usuable or dominated, but not outstanding SpA like 95. The speed would then determine the rest of the defensive stats.Having another 110er like salamence is unlikely. Each pseudo legendary has something defining, and another powerful mixed attack like salamence I think is unlikely.

Like I said, i believe Rakono is a corruption of our word 'racoon'.

I don't see how you're seeing that. Both Mijumaru and Mijumaru's evolution ("Rakkomaru" and "Rakonosuke") start with the "ra" kana and it doesn't resemble what indescribable thing's name starts with.

Also, although I know you're only guessing what the name could mean, but it really doesn't resemble a raccoon at all.
