Ah, good old Bidoof, my one most hated early Sinnoh pokemon. I knew luck was going to come back and haunt me sooner or later...

At any rate, Hillmic take a Run Away Rattata. Name it "Payback", and it cannot learn any HM moves. It may evolve anytime into Raticate, but only if it is holding an item other than leftovers. That item should never be removed from Raticate where possible.
 
So right now I have:

-Chikorita (can only evolve to Bayleef by learning Light Screen (TM or Levels) and can only evolve to Meganuim by learning Safeguard and must keep these moves)
-Qwilfish (it has to always know revenge and brine upon learning them)
-Stantler (must have double status)
-Eevee (must evolve into flareon and know bite)

I will have to reject that mareep even though it would be great for the first gym because it is the pokemon I dislike the most of these generation.
So if you could choose another one I would be grateful.

So, 2 to go. Help me with the first 3 gyms please
 
@hillmic: Your Chikorita must have as many moves as possible starting with the letter "S" as soon as possible. Name it anything you like, but it must start with the letter "S". Its nature must also start with the letter "S". If this is too much, just go with the last 2.

EDIT: Screw the exceptions. You can make a perfectly viable set with Swords Dance, Secret Power, Seed Bomb and Something Else.

hoothoot(ebil birdy)- It must learn and keep reflect and can only evolve after soloing 2 of bugsy's pokes

rattata(Payback)- no HMs, evolve holding a item(no lefties) must keep item

need 3 more pokes but i'll start the run

Oh, sorry bout that. In that case, take a Gastly. Will get back to you on the conditions.

Ok, I only need one more to go and conditions for gastly (remember, I cannot evolve it to gengar). I could still use some help against bugsy since I will only have chiko and gastly

Fine. In that case, make sure it has Hidden Power asap, HP Fire if you can manage it. Also, it may not have any moves that don't cause damage (so no Hypnosis, Confuse Ray, etc.). Only evolve it into Haunter if it solos Whitney (shouldn't be too hard...), and on the off chance it can solo one of Morty's, then you can have one non-damage move.

Wow, most challenging condition by now. Loved it and I will edit my team later with it.
For your team, take a girafarig that must know agility and baton pass

Remind me, Girafarig is on the route before Lake of Rage, right?
 
Yeah, you're right. I've been so busy on my run through SoulSilver, my mind must've melted. Thanks for reminding me. Just before Lake Valor. Got it. :)

Treadshot, if I don't solo whitney (nearly impossible because of rollout) this means gastly can't evolve? I never reset so this is pretty important. The other one is easy.

Oh, and I need one more. So if you're NOT treadshot A1, min min, 07hillmic, paradox808 or frank ripley you can give me the last one.
 
Hmmm I gave you the Chikorita but w/e, use a pidgey (so you can fly), you must learn it as many HMs as possible (if over 4 HMs, you choose) can only evolve from soloing Bugsy and can only evolve to Pigeot once you get in the Pokemon Center right before the Victory Road and you must use a Rare Candy too evolve it. name it zdrup15.

One of the rules is one person can give one pokemon only, sorry.
 
zdrup15: Catch the first Wooper you encounter:
It cannot use any Water-type moves.
If it is male, you cannot use the L button for the rest on the game.
If it is female, you cannot use the R button for the rest on the game.
If you fail to catch it, you can use neither the L nor R button for the rest of the game, and must instead catch a Ditto in a Love or Heal Ball.
 
What's the thing with the buttons? I've never seen such condition. So I'll catch the first one I find and, if I can't do I have to maintain that ditto forever?

The buttons mean you can't switch boxes with that button, and no soft-resetting, either way. Has to be full power-cycling. Any yep, if you fail to catch the Wooper, Ditto becomes the replacement team member.

If you're up for it, that is.
 
Ok lorak, I thought about it and I accept it. Thanks for the most original condition I've ever seen. I'll start right now and I'll post the major happenings.

Final Team:

That's the idea. You have to solo Whitney with a Gastly, or else it's a Gastly forever. Have fun. :)
 
@minmin: A Vulpix named Comet. It must always know Will o' Wisp and confuse Ray. You may only evolve it if does not know flamethrower.

@Hillmic: the Lapras from Union Cave. Name it Friday. You must teach it all 3 water HMs and you can not delete them.

@Treadshot: A female Buizel named November. It may only evolve if it either a) solos one of Crasher Wake's Pokemon OR b) solos Byron.

Well, posting the first update.
Chose a bold chikorita and named it Folhinhas.
Did all that stuff in the beginning and eventually arrived at violet city.
First thing to do was catching a gastly. First was a modest one (Yay!). Named it Gasosa.

And then, the most thrilling moment till now!
The capture of wooper.
Went down to route 32 and the first one I found was a female.
As I had to capture the first one (if I didn't I'd be stuck with a ditto) I used my gastly and lick (it can't use non-damaging moves for now).
Fortunately he was very kind and didn't attack me.
Next, lick paralyzed him.
When his bar turned yellow, I threw the poke ball... and done!
Forgot to name her, will do it later.
Serious nature with water absorb and I can't use the R button anymore.

Does anyone have clues on how to beat falkner with all these conditions?
 
@07 for gold take an eevee. it may only evolve into the eeveelution that corresponds with the type of the first pokemon it defeats after learning quick attack (if it defeats a voltorb, then it can only evolve into jolteon. if it defeats a natu, then it can only evolve into espeon, etc). if you defeat a type that it cant evolve into (yanma or something), then you're left with eevee. if it evolves then it must keep any STAB moves it learns, this includes non attacking ones too.

for LeafGreen use a slowpoke that must be caught in the seafoam islands. it can never learn HMs. evolve it whenever you want.
 
07hillmic, take a Rhyhorn for Gold. But, you also can't use it at all during the Pokémon League, and you can only evolve it if it solos Lt. Surge. You also can't train it until after beating Lt. Surge, but you can use TMs on it beforehand. Nickname it whatever you want.

I'll do a scramble challenge on Pokémon Yellow. I can trade from Red. In fact, I want at least one Pokémon that I'm required to trade from Red in order to get in Yellow. I also do not wanna use Pikachu at all after the first rival battle, so I need at least one Pokémon I can get before Viridian Forest. No move restrictions, please. Nickname restrictions are fine as long they're not inappropriate names.
