An Agile Team [OU RMT]

Introduction
I've lurked Smogon for a while, and I'm starting to understand competitive battling more.
This is my first RMT (sorry for the extremely limited descriptions). Since I'm still new, all my sets are Smogon sets.

A Closer Look

472.png
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 168 HP / 88 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt

My lead Gliscor. Gets up Stealth Rock a lot of the time, unless I predict wrong (which happens a lot to me). If Gliscor survives
and I get sandstorm going with Tyranitar, Sand Veil is a huge nuisance to my opponent. I'm thinking of switching Earthquake
for U-Turn so I can get Gliscor out quicker. Gliscor is the first of 3 ground-immune Pokemon on my team, which is important
because the other 3 Pokemon on my team are weak to ground.

248.png
Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Fire Punch

Just a basic Dragon Dancing Tyranitar. He gets a lot of kills if my opponent isn't expecting Dragon Dance and I can set up.
I'm thinking of switching Leftovers for a Babiri Berry so I can live a Bullet Punch from Scizor. I usually switch into this guy
after setting up (or not setting up) rocks with Gliscor. Fire Punch lets me deal with Steels,
except Scizor who enjoys Bullet Punching me.

479-mow.png
Rotom-c @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Discharge
- Shadow Ball
- Will-o-wisp
- Leaf Storm

My spin blocker. This guy deals with Swampert, which the rest of my team doesn't like. I switch into Rotom when I predict a
Fighting-typed move aimed at Tyranitar. Will-o-wisp screws up physical sweepers. I like Discharge over Thunderbolt because
I feel the 30% paralyze rate is worth the drop in power. The second of my ground immunities and one of my two special attackers.

330.png
Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

Flygon is my revenge killer. I'm thinking of running Adamant for extra power. Earthquake and Outrage
provide extremely strong STAB attacks, Stone Edge is powerful in general, and U-turn allows me to
switch out instantly. Flygon is my last ground immunity.

395.png
Empoleon @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 24 Def / 252 SAtk / 232 Spd
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Agility
- Substitute
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Agility SubPetaya Empoleon. If I can get her set up, she can KO a lot of the opponent's Pokemon.
Torrent and Petaya Berry boosted Surf hurts a lot. Empoleon is extremely important to my team
as there are only two specially oriented Pokemon on my team.

376.png
Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 132 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Thunderpunch

Agiligross. Perhaps Leftovers would be a better alternative to Life Orb, as the recoil damage adds up quickly. Metagross
has great typing with only two weaknesses, making it easy for him to set up his Agility. Meteor Mash is a strong STAB
move, and the attack boost is always nice to get. Earthquake and Thunderpunch give me more coverage.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

The team looks good, but you can make some changes.

First of all: You have a major ground-weakness. On Metagross you could change Earthquake for Ice Punch, because you can almost only use EQ for fire-type pokemon.

On Tyranitar I would change Leftovers for Babiri Berry, because you will get easily killed by Scizor's Bullet Punch. You write over T-tar that you usually switch it in as your second pokemon. Maybe you could wait untill rotom has burned or paralyzed some pokemon to set-up easier.

I hope you can use my suggestions.

I'll agree with Meta in that waiting for Support to take effect is important. It also seems like you have a bulky water weakness. With Rotom gone, Suicune can make your life miserable. Try out Aqua Tail on t-Tar, to prevent Swampert from walling you (Sorta).

Disagree, Agility/EQ/MeteorMash/ThunderPunch are the best moves IMO for Agiligross, otherwise Heatran walls you completely. The main reason being that the elemental punches are actually really weak, and EQ can hit enough things for neutral to make it a much better choice. Meteor Mash will OHKO Salamence after SR + 1 turn of LO damage.

Actually, since Metagross is using Life Orb, it's a guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock. Salamence is a risky switch-in to tempt the 85% accuracy move, and the Intimidate is wasted due to Clear Body.

That's one way of dealing with the Bullet Punch from Scizor. Another would be to switch out to Metagross and hope for the CB on Scizor so he's foreced to switch out. If it's a LO tho then you might get screwed by Pursuit trying to get out of there again. Another option would be to run a Choice Scarf set for T-Tar (and yes, i already know that you're running Scarf Flygon, but there are other sets that could work if you're really that concerned about Scizor's BP).

I disagree with this. I haven't done the damage calc but wouldn't an Crunch do more damage to Swampert then Aqua Tail?

Agree completely, if you're going to run an Agiligross set then that's the set you want to use.

Very true, tho i haven't done the damage calc to see if it OHKO's everytime after SR damage, tho in my own personal battles it has every time. And yes, it's a risky switch and i can't think of any reason to purposely switch in Salamence to take out Metagross if you have another option.

Since Aqua Tail and Crunch both hit neutral but Crunch is STAB'd, yes, a BP 120 attack will hit harder than a BP 90 attack.

And Metagross deals 86% minimum to Salamence with Meteor Mash, unless it's a physically bulky build, in which case it's a 2HKO, but that build of Salamence can only EQ back for around 50%, since he doesn't have any attack investment, so it's all good. If it came in on Stealth Rock, you can even ThunderPunch on the second hit with 100% accuracy for the 2HKO.

Well i'm glad you did the calc's to clear that up for me :)
And would ThunderPunch be a 2HKO if used consecutively?
