For the record, Guts activates when you're asleep. :/But yeah, i didn't really think of Guts working while asleep, but the confusion effect of Dynamic Punch just works better with a rest-talker i think.

You could change Blastoise to Suicune, its bulkier than Blastoise and speedier to!
Suicune @Leftovers
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Moves:
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Hidden Power Electric
Offensive CMcune can help in taking down Gyarados with HP Electric, since Arcanine takes a risk from being KO'd from Gyara's Waterfall. It can also deal with Tyranitar, somehow. You could tweak up the EVs for more bulk, though.
On Dusknoir, you can use Will-O-Wisp or Pain Split on the first slot. But it gets beaten by lots of Pokes so stick to the Tank set.
Dusknoir @Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/ 28 Atk/ 228 Def
Moves:
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp
- Earthquake/Fire Punch
- Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
These are just suggestions, and I'm not really such an expert. Good luck with your team! ^_^
Possible move sets for Regirock include:
Regirock (Rest + Sleep Talk)
@Leftovers
Careful
252 HP 36 Atk 220 SpDef
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
Not much can take this down baring a critical hit, and you can rest off statuses, and because of your ridiculous defenses you can often just stay in and not be 3 hit KOed.
The only problem with this set is it's damage output, Earthquake and Stone Edge tend to be the best moves but you can switch them if you feel that others will help you more.
You could also use the Tank Set
Regirock
@Leftovers
Careful
252 HP 36 Atk 220 SpDef
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Thunder Wave/Toxic
-Explosion
As for fueling your Arcanine try this, possibly replacing blastoise as it funtions well as a physical wall.
Metagross
@Iron Ball
Adament
236 HP 252 Atk 20 Spd
-Trick
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Explosion/Bullet Punch
This thing draws fire moves, cripples many Megagross switch ins such as Rotom-A or Skarmory by tricking them and rendering them succeptable to EQ and slowing them down so that you hit them first. Bullet Punch lets you ignore your speed drop and makes it less noticable to the opponent whats happening. If you want it to be bulkier you could try a defensive nature and a different EV spreed.
