If we wanted to argue about something else, we could begin with setting it straight that Buffalon is a buffalo, not a bull. :-P

I'm talking about the Dinosaur thing. That's well reguarded in the pokemon community as true. You have to prove this commonly excepted theory is untrue.
Except it's not an actual rule or anything their bound to continue to doing or anything so whether it's broken or not is irrelevant, and whether or not it's even true or not is debatable--it's no more necessary that they continue that supposed pattern than they continue making one generation per handheld, starting the dex with the grass starter, and so forth. None of those are things that they're forced to keep doing and since they've already shown us with Black & White that they're willing to violate trends (and in fact, as we got from the Iwata Asks article, that making things different was a big part of this gen, due to it being the second one on the DS platform) that actually have an effect on gameplay like 1 gen per handheld, I really don't think that they'd care that much about something like this. Combine this with the information from Pokemon Peer magazine, which told us that Tsutarja was supposed to develop an aristocratic-look in its evolutions, and how the artists were basically told to do what they want this gen with no real interference/overriding from Masuda, and it works just fine. In any case though, when we've already broken trends like having one gen per handheld and not having old Pokemon appear during main gameplay, you're not going to convince me that somehting like this is still important at all, sorry.

Are people still debating this stuff is fake?

Jesus H. Christ. I don't know whether it's delusion or ignorance, but whatever it is ... come on.

Time to invoke meaning #2 of ''bull'' - any male bovine creature, and that bull sure as hell looks manly ;) (PS: this is mostly because you can't really say Afrobuffalo with the same kick in it as Afrobull)

Oh man

Aloe is probably going to get Buffalon.
The anime version of that fight will be amazing
AFRO BREAK AFRO BREAK

I feel like Afrobull should be the mascot for this gen, especially considering all the bullshit being left everywhere before the games even release.

ono-dragon looks amazing.

favorite by far. And I also hope he has decent speed. And if he doesn't he'll probably get dragon dance. He'll probably be mid speed, 90-100.

I've also grown to like the second stages of the starters. Pokobu is my favorite regardless of probable typing (it's still really good though).

I just hope the final stages at least look a little different. water one is reallly really terrible. I kinda like pokobu's, and im split on the grass one.

People keep claiming the picture is fake.

If so...where is the 'real' one then that proves its a fake?

Real what? If you mean the original, uncropped version, you can find it on Serebii's front page. A fake doesn't need an original to be tampered with if the troll is good enough with photoshop.

It's called skepticism. During a time when fake information is likely to be high, assuming anything that looks good is true is most likely to lead to being fooled. First people thought the scans in question were from CoroCoro until their differences were pointed out. Now they're apparently from some insert? What insert? I've seen nothing to prove this insert exists, where it was inserted, or anything like that. Why should I believe it just because it looks good? Trolls can be amazing at photoshop too, you know.

And while Pokabu's evolution has a confirmed image, its typing is not confirmed, since that was from the questionable scans. That's what people are questioning, not whether his second form looks like that or not.

Yeah...the Serebii one looks exactly the same.

Not buying the 'fake' deal.

Then you're obviously blind, since the cropped ones have the white legendary's nose clipped off, as well as the bleed from the other page missing, whereas the Serebii one does not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Choabuu pictured next to Aloe because his Fighting type was super-effective against her Normal types?

Dinosaur argument: Seems people got it mixed up.

Grass: Is always cold-blooded (lizard, turtle, etc)
Fire: Is always a member of the Chinese Zodiac.
Water: Is always an aquatic animal.

If I recall, it just suggested that he'd be useful against her. This could just mean he has fighting attacks, but not necessarily a fighting type.
