Genshiro / Genesaturn - The "E-102 Gamma Pokemon", or "The Dream-Cast Pokemon".
Inspired by Segata Sanshiro and the Sega consoles, I wondered why they haven't made it into a Pokemon game when so many other Japanese memes were present.
1. Genesanshiro is part-Steel because of the consoles being machines
2. Genesanshiro is also part-Ghost because the consoles were once alive, but are now only a happy memory in select people's minds, and a forgotten soul (Segata Sanshiro) combined the consoles. In addition, I was primarily inspired by E-102 Gamma of Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast when designing Genesanshiro.
I created this when looking at Smogon's forums and how much some of the Pokemon have changed. Weather-based DreamWorlders were coming. TailGlowPass Volbeat was coming. Agirudaa was looking to outspeed everything and Guard Share its way through sweeping everything. Shanderaa would trap unlucky Steel-types and give them a what-for. Tyranitar brought a few new Isshu friends to his army of adventurers sure to choke everyone with sand, or finish anything off that was in its sand-ridden path.
So, after noticing what new niches were going to rise to OU with ramming speed, I decided to take action and make my own Pokemon. Note that it does not outspeed Agirudaa, as it needs a clear weakness in order to not skyrocket itself to Ubers should this be CAP'd, which was, erm, unlikely.
Because I lacked a scanner for consistency, I decided that posting the Pokemon elsewhere would prove helpful to my plans.
http://wuw.clamburger.org/wiki/Genesanshiro - This is where you may find the movepool of Genesanshiro. Otherwise the info should be roughly the same, with maybe a stat distribution switch in Special Attack and Speed. However...
Abilities:
* Motor Drive - If hit by an Electric-type attack, the damage/paralysis is nullified, and the Pokemon's Speed is boosed one Stage.
* Cloud Nine - All weather effects are negated when this Pokemon is on the field. [Dream World]

1. Anti-Weather Set 1
Genesaturn @ Leftovers
EV Spread: 255 SpAtk, 255 Spe
Ability: Cloud Nine
Nature: Timid / Modest
Moveset:
1. Aura Sphere [Fighting]
2. Nasty Plot [Dark] / Energy Ball [Grass] / Discharge [Electric]
3. Signal Beam [Bug]
4. Hydro Pump [Water]
Reason behind Movepool:
1. Aura Sphere immediately shuts down Tyranitar and Abomasnow.
2. Nasty Plot gives a good Sp.Atk. boost. Alternatively, as TailGlow Pass Volbeat makes a good friend for Genesaturn, you can use Energy Ball or Discharge to eliminate the Water-types in a rain dance team.
3. Signal Beam decimates the Grass-types either in the sun teams or in the rain teams.
4. Hydro Pump guarantees that Fire-types are gone.
I consider this Pokemon more of a work of art than a CAP Pokemon, mainly because of the CAP Forum's rules ensuring that Genesanshiro might not see itself present.
EDIT 1: Stats redistributed for balance and moves from learnset removed to eliminate redundance. WishPass really shouldn't be given to Genesanshiro. Also, to fit with a 10-character limit, Genshiro is now his new name. Genesaturn also can be used, and is exactly 10 letters.
EDIT 2: To give more of a Ghost-type feel, I redistributed the stats again. You'll see a bit more Ghost-like stat distribution offensively, with Steel-type defenses thrown in. Also, another drawing of Genshiro but in color!
