Since pokemon that know moves unavailable to them in Gen V (They were imported from Gen 4) cannot battle in Random Wi-Fi battles, but can in Pal Pad battles, what are we going to use in terms of rules on simulators?

Hey everyone. I have a problem in B/W. Whenever I try to go into the wifi room it goes through a few (Japanese) sentences and I end up not going in. Also, when ever i try to go into random battle I do actually go in, but after seeing what I believe to be my Trainer Card/ Wifi Statistics card it sends me out and back into the pokemon center. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? I have beaten the 3rd leader, and gotten the pal pad and Vs. Recorder. Please and thankyou.
Sadly this isnt a simple question to me, but i hope it is to you all.

Hey people,
for Seasonal Pokemon Shijikika, it stays at the form where you caught it. Cos now is summer and my spring shikijika is still in spring form. Should I evolve spring form shikijika, will it become summer Mebukijika??

I'm having trouble deciding on a starter Pokemon. Mijumaru's final evo has nice attacking stats and decent speed, but has an awful movepool. Pokabu's final evo has really good attacking stats and a great movepool, but poor speed and his only decent physical fire move has recoil which sucks alongside Wild Bolt. So I'm not sure which to choose. Any reasons to sway me to one side?

But why? Give some reasoning.
Its just ingame it doesn't really matter, i started with pokebu and he was really good early game but fell behind late game when he was too slow, fragile and did't learn many high power moves. Later I got a relaxed grass starter on gts and i have to say late game the grass stater was awesome and my mvp. Leech seed, coil, and leafblade and he would just own. The low attack wasn't that noticeable but he probably had a good attack iv.

I was never considering the grass-type, this is between the water-type and the fire-type. The grass-type doesn't only have a bad movepool, it also has shitty stats. This between Mijumaru and Pokabu.

EDIT: Hey cool, 1.8k post get.

Pokabu is an awesome choice. He may be slow, but so is the Mijumaru line. Pokabu also has more raw power and Nitro Charge fixes the speed issue. After it evolves, you can get Hammer Arm via move tutor and it will really shine.

His Sp. Atk is good, so you can run Flamethrower on it with no problem, and maybe even Boiling Water for coverage. Head Smash and Wild Volt give him even more coverage. The recoil damage isn't that bad, specially if you're a hyper Potion whore like me.

Emboar is my strongest Pokemon by far, in terms of raw power. I highly recommend him.
