I really like where you are going with this guy! I think there are some issues with outlining on and around the head being too dark. Besides that though I really really like it.
Do you have an idea for an adult yet?

Albinoloon, I am sorry! I did not mean that as an insult to you. I was just trying to make Energy Storm feel better about his taking a little longer. Really you have been making a lot of really great sprites and besides that first attempt @ the narwhal you could not have better quality. So do not worry so much, lol.OK, thanx! The infant is also on the concept, it's a bit more chubby and has less smoke around it, with only one tail.

@Albinoloon: Its a fair question so don't worry, lol. I have been asked this recently so I will just give you the same answer as I gave them:
"Currently we have a website in the works but as this project is our studios first we have not launched it yet because it would simply be a waste of money, lol. Nobody knows who we are yet and so it would get no traffic which would make the cost of the hosting would be futile. We are currently planning on having that up just before the game goes live."
I will let you all know when it is up. I promise this is not a scam, lol. What would we do with all these sprites if not make a game? Maybe I can upload some other environmental or non creature based sprites to prove there is something more going on here, lol.

That armadillo concept is pretty great! I like the moles too but unfortunately the earth category is now full (Except we need a juvenile for the bull and an adult concept for the lion for Dhjona to sprite.) I have updated the encyclopedia with all of the sprites we have gotten lately which should help. There is plenty of room in Fire, Atomic, and Metal though!I havent postedin a while... Ive been a little bit busy buuttt...

Something that will help you save your time since you are super busy is that we only really need 3 views FRONT BACK SIDE and the creatures will likely not be animated so you do not need to make the 2nd set you made for each creature.

I figure if we require less poses then we can get more sprites overall. Plus our programmers don't feel like adding the extra work that it would take to animate them, lol. So it works out overall.
Do me a favor and... don't. lol. We already have an ice wolf and if you have not started concepts yet then please choose something else to work on. We want to get as much variety as we can. Check the concept list if you want to do metal and can't think of something else because there are several on there still. Energy those are awesome! If you could give us a more diagonal view then we would definitely want to see them sprited!Take a look at the list on the very first page and check out the NEW 9x6 encyclopedia, and try to make sprites that fill the missing spots.
Right now, there are two Metal creatures, and one Atomic that are free to make.
Remember that all these sprites have to be fully scratched. No fusions, splices, or whatever.
There are two creatures: one juvenile and one adult form. It's pretty much all on the front page.
Also, you can make overworld sprites of the current creatures. Adults are 32x32 pixels max, juveniles are 20x20. There are three views: side, front, and back. None will be animated, so don't bother with those.
