Please rate

Hi Guys,

I am making a battling website, and I need a good team to use. This is what I have come up with, so please, feel free to suggest stuff. One special rule as well as the standard rules. No legendary pokemon allowed.

Swampert
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/ 212 Def/44 Sp. Def
Nature: Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Beam
-Earthquake
-Roar

Swampert is my lead because it can survive most attacks. After Stealth Rocking, I then use the most appropriate move. Earthquake is a STAB move, Ice Beam gets rid of Flying, grass, and ground types while Roar is used to get rid of pokemon I am scared of, allows me to heal, and makes them take SR damage.

Skarmory
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/240 Sp. Def/12 Spd
Nature: Careful
Item: Leftovers
-Roost
-Brave Bird
-Whirlwind
-Spikes

Skarmory isn’t my lead because I am afraid of Infernapes killing it. Skarmory still acts as a lead, setting up spikes. Brave Bird can deal quite a lot of damage, while Roost heals it up from recoil. Roost also fixes up a lot of weaknesses which were a problem when it had its flying type like Rock and Electric. Whirlwind plays the same role as Roar on Swampert, making the opponent take SR and spikes damage, while I heal.

Starmie
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 Sp. Atk/ 4 HP
Nature: Modest
Item: Expert Belt
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Psychic

Starmie is in the team because it is my favourite pokemon. It is simple. If I have a super effective move, use it. If not, use a STAB move. And if I have a status problem, I just switch out. It should be able to take out some stuff, thanks to its high Sp. Atk and Speed.

Scizor
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP/ 212 Atk/ 44 Spd
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb
-Bullet Punch
-Swords Dance
-U-Turn
-Pursuit

Scizor needs prediction. I use swords Dance to raise its attack, or I can pursuit to make the opponent afraid of switching out. Using bullet punch, I have a priority move which gets a STAB boost, a Technician Boost, and hopefully a Swords Dance boost, dealing a lot of damage. U-Turn is there in case Scizor is in trouble and I want to keep him alive.

Snorlax
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP/252 Sp. Def/4 Def
Nature: Adamant
Item: Leftovers
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Return
-Selfdestruct

Snorlax is the second tank on my team. It is easy. While they try to take out Snorlax, I attack harshly. When Snorlax is about to die, I blow everything up. I might change Return to Body Slam though, as it can paralyse, therefore allowing him to be faster for once. So if people could comment on this as well.

Kingdra
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Spd/252 Atk/ 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
Item: Leftovers
-Yawn
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage

Kingdra is my physical attacker on the team. I make the opponent sleep. Then I use Dragon Dance as many times as possible. Finally I try to beat as many pokemon as I can with outrage or waterfall, whichever is best.

And that is my team. Please rate. I am open to suggestions

P.S Sorry if I broke any rules. This is my first time making a thread here

that skarmory is the same as mine, and it is good, and it is not my lead either, i generally use it after my lead, (metagross) but overall that is a good team. stealth rocking with lead then spiking with skar is good.

Though theres no real creativity behind the team or the sets, all of them are effective in their own right. How has this team battle tested?

I like the team but it seems very weak to infernapei forgot what the life orb mmixed set runs but if is flare blitz grass knot close combat and u turn you are screwed i would recommend trying to fit in agyaeados somewhere. it resists three out of four of those moves and can hit back with stab super effective waterfall another option would be tentacruel and it resists two and is neutral to the others sorter for the quick rate but its really hard to t rate on my pho ne.

I agree that Infernape takes out most of my team. Could you tell me what I should do with gyrados, and what to replace with him please? Also, if I gave starmie timid nature, It can outspeed it. Finally, on the site, I will know what pokemon my opponent is using as they need to stick with the same pokemon on their trainer card. So if they have an infernape, I can use a timid starmie instead of modest

I couldn't tell you but maybe just make starmie timid specs (still hits hard)you could also keep your starmie as its and add a schaefer for revenge killing it this would probably go over spells or swampert as I don't really see that much use. you could but gyara over lax as wellmaybe defensive with evs to help with grass knot. I forgot if I mentioned tentacruel before but again could go over lax.

Sorry, I don't get your point. Snorlax is their to blow things up, hopefully taking something which could be a threat with it, and swampert is their to set up SR
