Deoxys-Speed
Nature Timid
Ev's 252 Speed 252 SPATK 4 Def
Trait Pressure
~ Stealth Rocks
~ Spikes
~ Reflect
~ Taunt

To me the best lead in existance right now in 5th gen why well at the very least this poke gets up Rocks and a layer of spikes. Spikes and Stealth rocks are very essential to help my sweepers sweep effectively. Reflect is there because it works really well so my Excedrill and other pokes get both a Def and SPDEF boost. Last but not least Taunt gets rid of those leads that try to Taunt me since im the fastest poke.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Nature Jolly
Trait Sand Veil
Evs 252 Speed 252 Atk 6 HP
Trait Sand Veil
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Fire Blast
~ Stone Edge

ScarfChomp this thing is a beast usually gets 2-3 Ko's a game with that STAB outrage. With this things great typing with the immunity to electricity. With this things amazeing duel STAB typing in Dragon and ground you will be sweeped if you are not prepared. The common switch in to Chomp is Blaziken and are shocked when they are KO'd due to bad speed ev's i can sometimes even KO Blaziken after a Speed Boost. And with the ability of Sand veil it just makes this poke even more abuseable.
Jolly is just for the extra speed and to tie with other ScarfChomps.

Excadrill @ Balloon
Nature Jolly
Evs 252 Speed 252 Atk 6 HP
Trait Sand Rush
~ Swords Dance
~ Rock Slide
~ Earthquake
~ X-Scissor

My fav poke of 5th gen and one of the reasons i made this team Jolly nature is standerd and has outsped many other Excdrill's why people are still running adamant life orb Excedrill i have no idea once this thing gets a SD you are done. Now you may notice i have Balloon over LO which many people have told me to change and i never will because my oppoent normally switches into an Earthquaker they just give me a free +2. Earthquake is STAB on this guy and my main attacking move Rockslide is for ghosts and flich hax is nice last but not least X-scissor is for Venasaur's and that grass snake thing and Psychic types.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Nature Jolly
Trait Sand Stream
Evs 252 Atk 252 Speed 4 HP
~ Dragon Dance
~ Earthquake
~ Taunt
~ Fire Blast

The all importent Sandstorm set up in this poke which most of my team relies on espially Excedrill and Garchomp. Standerd DD Tar EQ is STAB and my main attacking move Taunt cripples their walls so they can't wish or Softboiled or anything dumb like that. Fire Blast is for steels like Skarmory.

Nattorei @ Leftovers
Nature Relaxed
252 HP 48 Def 208 SPDEF
~ Thunder Wave
~ Protect
~ Leech Seed
~ Power Whip

The other wall of my team Nattorei makes a great combo with jellicent since he is weak to fire which Jellicent resists and Nattorei which resists ghost and electric they got eachothers backs. Now with this pokemon i get so much hp back per turn with the Leftis Leech seed combo. Protect helps me scout my oppoents moves and gives me a free turn of healing. Power Whip is STAB and dose a great deal of damage to Swampart. Also this pokemon provides yet another water/Ice resist for my team as well as Jellicent.

Burungeru @ Leftovers
Nature Bold
Evs 252 HP 252 Def 6 SPDEF
~ Surf
~ Toxic
~ Recover
~ Ice Beam

Why Burungeru well my team has a major ice/water weakness which he resists also this forms the BurunTorei combo they cover eachothers weaknesses pefectly Nattorei being weak to fire and Burenguru being weak to electric and ghost. Surf is STAB on this pokemon and i like it better then boiling water. Toxic over WOW because i mostly face walls and i toxic will hurt them more. Ice Beam is for dragon types and Gliscor. Once i've taken damage i recover off all the damage.

Just a quick suggestion, as I don't have much time at the moment. I will try to return later and give a full rate, but you should use Rock Polish Landlos over Gengar, as he is immune to EQ, resists fighting, and can help weaken or KO Excadrills counters prior to his attempted sweep.

Set:
Landlos@Life Orb
252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive (+Spe, -SpD)
-Rock Polish
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Hidden Power Ice

you don't have an item for deoxys, EVs for gengar, and another thing i noticed is that you said you have x-scissor for venusaur and the like, but venusaur gets hit harder by EQ. in addition, reflect only adds to physical defense and not special, and blissey, gengar, and deoxys take damage from sandstorm, in case you didn't know; you said in your blissey description that she was the only one taking ss damage. plus EQ isnt STAB on t-tar.. XD

you also may want to go with a mixtar instead of your current set. it will deal with threats like gliscor, skarm, and other EQ immune, rock/bug neutral or resist physical bulky pokes like bronzong. (to help dory sweep)

Tyranitar @ Expert Belt Lv. 100 -- Sand Stream
Nature: Mild - EVs: 60 Atk / 196 SAtk / 252 Spd (100.0 %)

  • Flamethrower
  • Ice Beam
  • Crunch
  • Superpower

You are using Blissey. BLISSEY ON A OFFENSIVE TEAM.
NONONONO-
Okay, back to rationality. Blissey doesn't really belong on this team because this team is offensive and Blissey gives up too much momentum to really fit in. If you need a status absorber, then go with a CM + Recover Rankurusu. It wrecks stall.
If you need something to absorb water and ice-type attacks, definitely go with Ferrothorn/Nattorei. It is a far more versatile bulky 'mon that is much more suited to offensive teams. It won't give up momentum quite as easily. It also still draws fighting moves for Gengar, yet provides another resistance to dragon and a sorely needed one to water.

Ok thanks so much Woodchuck so what do you think of

- Gengar
- Blissy

+ ferrothorn
+ Rankurusu

Ok I am not sure if you edited and forgot something or if someone else told you but your deoxys has no attacks so why does it have 252 sp atk. I am guessing you meant Hp.

In your Garchomp set I would suggest naive even that lowers your sp def. I suggest it so fireblast will kill more with one hit instead of leaving the opponent with like barely any hp. I would also invest into a few sp atk evs so you can ohko defense strong nattoreis.

Definately completely change your tyranitar's whole set I mean really that one is walled by latios, latias, the water ghost jellicent, and anything else that doesn't take a lot of damage from a weak nature fireblast that flys or has levitate. I wouldn't suggest DD tyranitar for this gen unless all priority threats like scizor, breloom, and roob are taken out. Although since your team wants sand and has entry hazards a mixed tyranitar would probably be best for the team.

I suggest taking off thunder wave or protect on ferrothorn and adding spikes so you don't have to rely on a lot of power from pokemon like jellicent and tyranitar, who is best bulky this generation in my opinion.

Unless you really only want to poison pokemon I suggest boil over on the water ghost.

Good Luck.
