The genies respawn after beating the E4. You can't RNG for them that way, though, because the frame is advancing constantly during the battle against the champion (and the respawn is triggered as soon as the fight is over).

Have a JP DW account, buy a Pokemon Pia magazine with the code, transfer it to JP game, transfer it to US game.

I'm building a sandstorm team and I think Rotom-W would be great for coverage. However, I'm building this in-game and I was wondering if you can obtain the different forms of Rotom in Black and White after trading it from HG? Perhaps if I trade it over as Rotom-W it will maintain that form? In addition, if I can obtain Rotom-W in Black and White, will I be able to use it in that form online or is normal Rotom only allowed over wifi battles? Thanks.
Not sure if it'll keep the form over trade from HG, but it will keep its form on wifi battles, and you can change its form at the department store on Route 9.

Im EV training my 1st poemon & i hav now maxed its special atk evs out (252), but his spec atk stat isnt 63 points higher than when I started! why? is this sumthing wrong or will they infact eventually add up? Very confused

Two possibilities:
1. It's below level 100. The EVs scale down with level.
2. You're playing a game other than B/W. In previous generations, EVs wouldn't be added to stats until you gained a level (or put it in the PC, in later versions).
Are either of those things true? If so, there's your problem.

Yes. For example, at level 50, 252 EVs will only give 32 extra stat points.

Has a 1% chance of being held by Pikachu, according to Serebii. But apparently Pikachu is only available in Dream World, so yeah. Odds are it'll be released as an event, part of the next console game, or whatever before too long, though.
Ok, this may be the wrong spot for this but what would be a viable replacement for that move? I know it's completely unique and essentially beast mode for Victini but I'm trying to come up with an in-game move set for him. Right now good old Fire Blast is looking decent because of the accuracy boost he gives himself.
This is more of a general site policy question, but when will the strategy dex be updated to default to B/W sets?
Fire Blast is definitely your best option overall, but if you're looking for a physical fire move to replace it, your only options are Flame Charge and Flare Blitz.

just got OHKO'd by a -4 atk druddigon using revenge against my +6 def whimsicott
the attack did 3% the turn before...
i've seen it do lots of damage, not much extra damage....
do they ignore stat changes now?
