Well, hello Smogon! Many of you have seen me around here in the RMT forum, rating teams and supporting others. Well, after long weeks of experimenting, I was hoping some of you awesome folks could help contribute to my knowledge and the structure of my team. Before you go to read my RMT, let me explain my team. Now, I know Sandstorm is becoming rediculously overused and cliche this Gen. However, my goal since the beginning of 4th Gen has been to use Sand in a different, more unorthadox way to promote more diversity and a more enjoyable metagame. Something you'd see in the "RMT Archives", you know? Just for future reference, I alternate between Japanese and English names due to being used to the Japanese names, as well as preference. Well, here's the team! Use the "HIDE" tags to take the tour! :D
R.I.P Cacturne. R.I.P....
HIPPOWDON @ Lum Berry
Sand Stream
Impish - 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
~Roar Ice Fang
~Earthquake
~Slack Off
~Stealth Rock
Well, you think I'm abandoning my pride and enjoy. Physical tank, Sand-Streamer, occasionaly a great physical wall, Stealt Rock Support, Dory "counter"; what more could I ask for? Ice Fang used to be Roar because of my liking of Mind Games, but Ice Fang works alot better for coverage and switching purposes. Earthquake is my all-powerful STAB move that allows me to leave heavy dents in my opponents leads, as well as their switch ins and physical threats. Slack Off allows my Hippo to relax and continue eatin' up some hits.
Things to consider~
Ienzo @ Life Orb
Levitate
Timid - 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Substitute
~Pain Split
Ah Gengar; pissing you off with a Ball to your face and a Blast to the thigh since 1996. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast are my means of offense, and always score multiple KOs in a match. Substitute not only protects me from statuses that would ruin his power, but boosts his ability to cripple sweepers and walls, in conjunction with Life Orb. Now comes the main event;Pain Split. While many see Pain Split as a means of recovery, I see it as a crippling move with amazing effects. Because of Gengars low health and ability to lose tons of HP each turn, Pain Split has the ability to rob almost half, if not more, of the opponents HP. This allows Gengar, as well as the rest of the team, to score easier KOs, while Gengar gets to keep the change and use that wonderful HP to build more Subs and go on longer sweeps.
Things to consider~
Mumble @ Life Orb
Torrent
Modest - 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~Agility
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Grass Knot
A new, and appreciated member of the team. While looking for a bulky water type, this guy actually gave me some very good means of type coverage and team synnergy. After an Agility, my shmexy penguin's waddlin' with 438 Speed and 353 Special Attack. His beautiful, Life Orb boosted Special prowess with his wonderful speed makes him a scary sweeper. The wonderful thing is his ability to wreck other Sandstorm team, alot of Sun teams, and certain Hail teams. Rain is also fun to play in due to the omega-Surf. Surf allows me to cover things like Shanderaa, Ninetails, and pretty much anything that doesn't resist it. Ice Beam is wonderful and rapes Gliscor, Landlos, Voltolos, Whimsicott, and gets nice damage on Gyarados. Grass Knot is amazing. It allows me break toys like Hippowdon, Tyranitar, Terrakion, Swampert, CLOYSTER (just found this out), and Donphan with relative ease, while Donphan can actually be hit harder with Surf AND Ice Beam depending on the weather.
Hacker @ Balloon
Sand Rush
Adamant - 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~Swords Dance
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~X-Scissor
You had to see this coming, right? It may be cliche, but for a good reason. With Adamant and Sand Rush, Dory is sporting 405 Attack and 550 Speed. That still outspeeds a Scarfed Latios/as (falling behind at 425). With a Swords Dance, Dory has the potential to shred through teams with his shmexy claws. Earthquake is a rediculously powerful STAB moove that destroys the likes of other Doryuuzu, T-Tar, Heatran, Jirachi, Metagross, Blaziken, etc. Rock Slide is Earthquakes partber to hit those pesky Flying types (ie Gyarados and Staraptor), as well as Levitators and Volcarona. X-Scissor is his best filler in that it allows me to wreck Rankurusu, Latios/as, Alakazam, Sazandora, Espeon, and Whimsicott. I love to use Balloon because it usually allows for easy set-up, while not sacrificing his survivability like Life Orb.
Things to consider~
Scrump @ Toxic Orb LEFTOVERS
Magic Guard
Bold - 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
~Calm Mind
~Recover
~Psychic
~Focus Blast
Whoever said an alien baby encased in pear jello isn't scary was, and will always be, wrong. Rank has the bulk and power to take some hits and dish some out, all while healing up, setting up, and fightin' the SS damage. A Toxic Orb screws over Trick users, while protecing me from Paralysis, Sleep, and being Frozen. I safely run it over Flame Orb since my two most powerful sweepers are immune to poison. Leftovers is now an alternative to improve his bulk, due to the lack of Sleep in 5th Gen, while Doryuuzu can take the Toxic and Paralysis. Calm Mind and Recover are amazing move that boost my survivability, while raising my already respectable Special Attack. Psychic and Focus Blast provide excellent coverage, as well as great STAB support.
Things to consider~
Chimeiteki @ BrightPowder LEFTOVERS
Sand Veil
Jolly - 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~Swords Dance
~Earthquake
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang
Omnomnom. It's all fun and games until Garchomp comes in. Garchomp is my late game sweeper, and an excellent way to screw up stall. I run BrightPowder to not implement luck, but merely for the occasional assistance for easier Swords Dances. Leftovers, however, has replaced Bright Powder because of Evasion Clasue and for longer sweeps. Earthquake and Dragon Claw are both excellent STAB moves that provide excellent coverage. They allow me to eliminate Doryuuzu, Haxorus, Sazandora, Shanderaa, Heatran, and Blaziken; all of which are prominent threats to my teammates. Fire Fang works wonders in combination with Earthquake and Dragon Claw, being able to easily defeat Nattorei, Scizor, Forretress, Skarmory, as well as the occasional Mamoswine and Balloon-Doryuuzu.
Well, surely you now have a good understanding of my team. Now it's you're turn to be the rater and Rate My Team! :D Thanks for readin' and ratin'!
Here are some more references to help you think.
- My hatred for opposing rain and DrizzleToed burns with the white-hot intensity of 1,000 suns. Almost nothing I can do because of its respectable bulk and typing. There was a CMLandlos I saw a while back that could help, but I'm not sure he's worth it.
- A serious thorn...well,..tree...monster...snowman...thing, in my side. Changing the weather and being able to hit ma' lovely Hippo hard is pretty sad, but I tend to be able to destoy it (along with most of its team) with Gengar or Rankurusu.
Again, thanks for putting in the time to read and rate. Comments? Suggestions? Replacements? Friendly remarks? Want me to rate a team? Don't be afraid to be open and honest! :D

Things to consider~
- I sometimes want to opt for Leftovers, but Lum Berry seems to precious when taking Smeargle, Machamp, Breloom, and Erufuun into consideration.
- I've found that my team lacks a bit of Special bulk for Hippowdon to all back on.

- Well, not much. I do, however, feel that he has trouble dealing with things like Metagross and Bronzong, but the former falls to the other half of my team, while Bronzong is a rare sight nowadays.

Things to consider~
- My main problem is that I have to be extremely difficulties when trying to deal with Gliscor, Hippowdon, and opposing Doryuuzu.
- I often ask myself if Life Orb is worth it to score easier KO, but I often feel that that really decreases his longetivity as a sweeper, thus throwing off my momentum.
- Now, I'm sure a bunch of you are thinking "But Toast, he's so broken! Nothing can stand up to it!He's not going to pass round 3 of suspect testing! Whine snivel whine snivel whine snivel snivel. I digress. Gliscor, Bronzong, Skarmory, Hippowdon, Roobushin, Hitmontop, Azumarril and Desukan all crack Dorys spine. Believe me. Luckily, I often have Gengar and Rank to fall back on.

- So far, this guy has been a great success. The only thing I can think of is that, with Psychic and Focus Blast, I have a really hard time against Latios/as, and Skarmory.
