if I have a team of durant, rotom-W, starmie, exadrill, and Lickilicky, what would be a good last pokemon?

Your team's biggest weakness is Ground, followed by Grass, (which isn't very commonly used,) and Fire. Considering your 2 Dragon resists and 3 Ice resists, I think a Dragon would fit nicely in your team. It's up to you which one though, maybe Garchomp, Dragonite, Salamence, or Hydreigon. Keep in mind that none of those are banned at this point

Thanks! I'm leaning a bit toward sally myself, since that's the one I'm experiences with.

I recently have gotten a Speed Boost Blaziken from a trade, and can't figure out why I can't use it on Random Matchup. The info for it is

Level 100 Male Blaziken @ Life Orb, Dream Ball (I think that's what it's called)
Adamant
Speed Boost
11/25/2010
Entree Forest
Apparently met at level 10.
Alert to Sounds
ID: 58711
OT is Japanese
EV's are 252Atk/252Spe, stats are 301/372/174/222/173/259
Flare Blitz
Hi Jump Kick
Protect
Stone Edge (Looking to replace this or Protect with Swords Dance when I get the TM)

Does anyone know why it keeps me from using it? I know it's only Blaziken that is disallowed, I tried to use it on my Drought team and all the other Pokes were allowed before.. I'm thinking it's the Dream Ball but I don't know

I know this question has been asked before, but I just want to confirm whether it is right or not.

If I evolve a Pikachu at lv.99, will the Raichu (At lv.100) have the same stats as if I evolved the Pikachu at lv.30 (and then raised it to lv.100)?

Yes.

EDIT: Depending on the EV's that the Pikachu/Raichu gains between level 30-100.

Well yea, providing both Pikachus/raichus have the same evs and IVs.
So the Pikachu that was evolved at lv.99, would it get a huge stat gain when it goes up to lv.100 because of the higher base stats that Raichu has?

Does an Adamant Choice Band/Sheer Force Darmanitan's Flare Blitz hit harder than an Adamant Choice band/Mold Breaker Haxorus' Outrage assuming the target takes neutral damage?

Darmanitan's Flare Blitz hits about 25% harder than Haxorus's Outrage.

Evasion clause question. Yay.

Okay, does the evasion clause prevent one from lowering the opponent's accuracy, or just from raising your own evasiveness? If it does, then I wont be able to use my ever-so-evil Galvantula strategy.

If you want to know what it is, I'll tell you:

Send in Galvantula.
Use Spider Web.
Use flash a few times.
T-Bolt/volt switch for a sweeper.

It's basically my strategy in the event of a wall/tank, however, if the evasion clause prevents flash, I'll have to think of something more evil.
This confusion is caused by the fact that the clause only says things about raising your own evasiveness, not lowering THEIR accuracy.

Does a fainted Synchroniser still affect wild Pokemon natures?

I wanted to ask the same question, since HM Moves are still usable in the case of a fainted user, and I was wondering if it worked the same way for Synchronizers since all I used were LV. 8 Munna's and they keep fainting. :\

I'm pretty sure evasion clause does NOT ban reducing accuracy. I think because the opponent can just switch out, using a Shed Shell to counter trapping if needed.

Personally I think Galvantula's really not got the bulk for that strategy. You don't want to rely on the opponent missing; you want to be able to take a hit if one happens, and heal off the damage. (I don't think it's a great strategy period, but if you want to use it, use the best mon for the job, who isn't Galvantula. I'm not sure who is, maybe Umbreon?)

Wait, is Sand Veil banned though?

Sand Veil (and its buddy Snow Cloak) are NOT banned.

EDIT:

Most likely reason is it's not legitimate. I don't know how you got it though, so I can't say that for certain. The Dream Ball is what everything from the Dream World is caught in in-game, so that's probably not it.

I'm pretty sure you can catch dream world pokemon in any ball, but the dream ball is a 100% option.

Is the Blaziken male? Does it say caught in the entralink lv 10?

How to counter Breloom and Contrary Serperior? My team always ruined by those two. Nothing survives Loom's Bullet Seed, even Forretress took lot of damage from Mach Punch D: If I burn him, he's just gonna Swords Dance.

And Serperior, its Leaf Storm is crazy like f**k, the snake is bulky and priority isnt even 2HKO. :s

It is male, and it says "Apparently met at level 10" at "Entree Forest"

@ Woodchuck
Nope

Breed something (Something in the Mineral egg group) that has Spikes with a Dwebble, then level up the hatched male Dwebble to level 24 when it learns Stealth Rock, then breed the male Dwebble with a female Ferroseed/Ferrothorn for Stealth Rock + Spikes.
Okay...
I tried to do this but...
I can't find a Pokémon in the Mineral egg group that learns Spikes. :l
