#494 Victini [Hardy]
IVs: 24, 25, 26 / 30 / 20, 22 / 16, 18 / 1, 3 / 21, 23
Stats at Lv.26: 94|0 / 64|0 / 62|0 / 61|0 / 57|0 / 62|0

How good is this spread, comparatively? First one I caught, went and beat the game. I'm thinking of raising it for the Physical Victini set.

Starly don't have DW ability, Right? So, when I breed Female DW Staravia, I'll get Keen Eye Starly, but what will be it's ability, when it evolve? Is it not possible to breed Reckless Staraptors?

Hey ya'll.

I was wondering if anyone has a Poke with zero IV's in Speed that I can use for breeding purposes? I want to try out a Trick Room team (duh) as I've never used one before and I thought it might be fun for some lolz.

Thanks in advance.

need help for my OU team

Hello Smogon,
I made an OU team for black and white but it doesn't work... I think the main problem is the choice of my lead. The latest version of my team is

Ferrothorn (don't use it as lead) w/ Rocky helmet sassy
  • Spikes, Powerwhip, Gyroball, Curse
  • 128 ATT 128 DEF 252 SpDEF
  • This guy can deal some serious damage when I play it properly, the recoil damage from iron barbs and rocky helmet is pretty powerful actually. When I get the chance, I place spikes.
Jolteon w/ life orb timid (sometimes lead)
  • HP Ice, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Shadow Ball
  • 252 SPD 252 SpATT 4 HP
  • So fast!!!! So strong!!! Nothing else to say
Chandelure w/ choice scarf and shadow tag modest
  • HP Ground, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball
  • 252 SPD 252 SpATT 4HP
  • This guy traps his target and with the choice scarf usually goes first and one hit KOs his target then I switch it so it come back latter on.
Starmie w/ Life Orb timid
  • Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Rapid Spin, Hydro Pump
  • 252 SPD 252 SpATT 4SpDEF
  • I chose Starmie just to have someone fast that can take on Garchomp, Salamence, Latios and get rid of entry hazards.
Conkeldurr w/ Flame Orb, guts, adamant
  • Mach Punch, Hammer Arm, Bulk Up, Stone Edge
  • 252 HP 252 ATT 4 SpDEF
  • This guy deals massive dammage and can take some hits. Even Mach Punch deals around 50-60% dammage when it's neutral dammage, when it's super effective it can one shot after a well placed bulk up.
Salamence w/ Life Orb Jolly
  • Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Fire Blast
  • 252 ATT 252 SPD 4 HP
  • I love Salamence! And him being unbanned with gen 5 I decided to play him. I sometimes place him as a lead to get the easy Dragon Dance but that doesn't work so well, i put Fire Blast to get rid of those bulky steel pokemon, skarmory, scizor, fortress...
Can anybody help me with my team please? I accept any alternatives, lead ideas, who to get rid of, who to replace, who to add, movesets...
Thanks
Chiefzelda

Minwu: Not very good at all tbh. Neutral natures are I believe never wanted (I think one can always reach the same stats with fewer EVs with a stat-changing nature). And not having flawless speed is a bad thing, you'll have to bear in mind you won't speed tie with other neutral base 100s.
If you really want to use it, you probably can. That it's not as good as a hypothetical perfect Victini is arguably not the question to ask; instead, consider whether another Pokemon would perform better in the role you intend your Victini for.

Soul Dew is banned for the simple fact that you can't have a legit one yet. Since we can't transfer items between Gen IV to V.

For the other question you can't if i remember correctly, the wild pokes in the higher level are at level 66 in the giant chasm, unless you count Kyurem(at the same giant chasm) and volcarona (at the end of relic castle).

what would be better for Volcarona in sun:

ChestoResto:
+ status removal
+one time instant full heal
+works in other weather as well
-no lefties
- second time using rest is risky

Morning Sun:
+ Lefties
+ always heals 66%
- no status immunity
- no one-time full heal.
- doesn't work in other weather conditions

I've been using the moonlight one, but I've been getting a lot of trouble with the opponent Toxicing when I set up. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Also, what is the most common Tyranitar set (especcialy the EV spread I'm looking for) I want to know how much I must invest in Dugtrio's Attack for it to kill. Because, i run a sun team, and it is just so much fun to kill the opponent's weather poke, with a UU poke. no seriously, Dugtrio does really well on Sun teams.

bump. Sorry, I'm just a very impatient person.

I hope this is the place to post my question :/
On the new RNG reporter it says on the parameter search
DSi (Not Working)
th_Capture-1.png

Does that mean there has been progress for Standard RNG Abuse for the DSi?

kepperino stick with adamant for the huge attack stat...
i would change a bit the evs though(i will say my ev spraid that has been proved really good):
put 132 evs in hp for better overall defenses, 220 evs in atk(with those evs it reaches 408 attack which is still insane, and dump the rest 156 into sp.def...conkeldurr has an already good defense stat and because of bulk up it will keep rising so it really doesn't need any defense evs...

Thanks, I'll try that one.
Someone who agrees with this?

Yeah I don't see any reason not to stick with adamant.

Although I would like to know exactly what those evs do, becuase I rarely blindly accept ev sets. "A good attack, and overall good defenses" isn't enough explaination. I need to know what pokemon that spread KOs, and what attack it takes better. I am not doubting the set usefulness, I just want to know what the evs are spefically for.

Does Day Care really make your Pokemon weaker? I mean I'm pretty sure it's like a rare candy, and people only call them weaker because the Pokemon doesn't receive EV's. I'm asking this because I recently RNG'd for a Flawless Virizion and I want to EV Train him. My sister told me she put it in the day care because she wanted a baby. Sigh. Thanks in advance.

I have permission from haunter to post this request so stand aside :)

Can I have a masterball? I have basically nothing to offer because Im about to get off my ingame ass and start competitively. I need it for Victini
I know people with an AR can help me

What you get out of this:
~Being a good person
~Me on your Pal Pad for Dream World

Use my Pokemon Black FC and thank you
