Is this a good move set?

Scrafty (ability: moxie) item: leftovers/ flame orb
Bulk-Up
Pay Back
Drain punch
Fire Punch/ Facade

Evs Att/252 Def/04 SpD/252 Sp/0

My goal is to make Scrafty as slow as possible. I know that sounds weird but everyone will be expecting it to be running Dragon Dance most likely. Not only does this set make Scrafty bulky but he will also hit like a freight train after a Bulk-Up and attack boost from moxie. Drain punch and leftovers allows Scrafty to have ample HP recovery and will allow him to stay in the fight way longer than a DD set would. Pay Back is a no brainer and is the strongest dark STAB move for sure. Fire punch will be for all those steel, grass, and ice types that seem to be everywhere now.

Another option would be to give Scrafty a flame orb and replace fire punch with facade. Its a little risky but with a proper setup it could plow right through a whole team easy. Toxic orb is not ideal because the risk of setting up Venoshock.

What determines a Pokemon's gender in the Dream World? Of the 27 Pokemon I've encountered, I have yet to get a female.

Also, what determines the environment of White Forest? Mine's been completely devoid of everything for the past week, while some of my friends have grass and lakes.

I'm still not sure; what should I use on lead Mamoswine, SE or Icicle Crash? Please explain why.
(I also think Mamoswine's bulk is wasted by it's Ice-typing, so I'll keep the Screens for something else.)

Short story short: Stone Edge. You can hit balloon tran for neutral and do atleast some damage. X4 Volcarona as well as waste opposing ice and bug types (which I find are becoming more common) Also factoring in stab i'm pretty sure SE hits flying types harder than Shard.

Since the wifi board is closed and the Search function seems to be down, I'll ask here:

What is the average time it takes to RNG something, from beginning to end? I'm having trouble getting the hang of it; I just can't hit the right delay. Is there some technique people use not listed in the DPP RNG Manipulation guide?

Thank you, also, if I use a Screen on lead Metagross, should I use Reflect or Light Screen? Is there any moveset for Metagross that should carry Zen Headbutt on, or the coverage is redundand?

why was blaziken so broken for OU, he was good UU gen4 so what broken him, because on the simlutor i never had trouble with him, i know there were various factours, but i would like the main ones, like was it just that certain set teared some people apart more than others?

Mainly, access to Speed Boost from the Dream World. Sharpedo also gets this from the Dream World, but Blaziken puts it to better use than Sharpedo.

Can I breed move tutor moves from Gen 4 in a Gen 5 pokemon.
i.e.

I pokeshift a Male Garchomp with Outrage and Earthquake (as our 'control' for this experiment ;))

In Pokemon Black I breed said Garchomp with a Female Gible

Will the Outrage pass down to the baby Gible. (Gible can learn Outrage too)

I hope so, otherwise my Gible is stuffed up

Outrage will pass down but I don't think all 4th gen move tutor moves will. Example of this is if you taught Gengar Pain Split in the HG/SS move tutors, it wont breed down to a Gastly in 5th gen.

thanks, does it seem likely that blaze blaziken might be unbanned, because with the boost to hi jump kick, i think without speed boost, he could manage in the OU, because there would be lots of counters and things that outspeed, so he would be balanced, because its a shame, one of favourites is banned

We know that Blaze Blaziken isn't that good, but the point of banning Blaziken instead of Speed Boost on Blaziken is to avoid complex bans

so why not ban speed boost, because yanmega is so rarely seen in the OU, and its fast enough, the ones of them i've seen used tinted lens, and sharpedo is too frail even with speed boost, so will probaly remain the same place, but then i did just realised ninjask, and i doubt people would want to get with of the swords dance+speed boost+ baton passer, but want do you think for the slightly improved blaze blaziken?

Is this a good move set?

Scrafty (ability: moxie)
item: Lum Berry
Bulk-Up
Crunch
Drain punch
Ice Punch

Evs 252 HP 252 Sp.D 4 Def

Corrections. Don't go with the Flame Orb. STAB Drain Punch is 112.5 base power, AND you heal, while Facade is only 140 base power, at the cost of all of your other attacks halved. Lum berry because you don't want to be status'd. EV's for maximum bulk. Crunch is sometimes more, sometimes less powerful, but it is more consistent. And it has a chance of lowering the opponents Def. I've got a different alternative though:

scrafty@Chesto Berry
Moxie
+sp.d -sp.a nature (Calm or Careful, always confuse those two)
252 HP 252 Sp.D
-Rest
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Crunch

same concept, more survivability at the cost of one less attacking move.

speed boost and high jump kicks power boost made slowbro his only real counter.

Slowbro owns. He is seriously one of the best physical walls in Gen 5. Counters so many things that so few can counter

Since the wifi forum is down;

Looking for a Drizzle Toad, and a Naive/Hasty Azelf w/ HPICE70. VM ME

Also, what's a good counter for Battle Subway Volcaronas?[/QUOTE]

Gyarados is a good counter as well, as he resists their primary stab moves. Also, pretty much ANY fire type walls him to hell and back, but especially charizard, blaziken, infernape, heatran, and chandelure as they are all 4x resistant to bug type attacks.

Does anyone know if a pokemon gets full EV points from killing something, even if another pokemon is the one who kills it?

(ex: Pikachu with pokerus and power anklet begins fight with raichu![3 spd EVs], I switch to starmie or something, starmie or something kills it. Would Pikachu get 14 or 7 spd EVs?)

Well I think the EV's are split in between the Pokemon who participated. So if you three Pokemon go up against something, the EV's of that something would get divided up into three.

I'm pretty positive of this.
