I want to use Fire Punch with Iron Fist on my Infernape but Fire Punch is an Egg Move and I don't know if female DW Chimchar's are released. Is this Legal?

No, it would not be legal. Female DW starters/Eeveelutions do not exist yet.

Edit: You could use it on Random Matchup though, as that doesn't check for legal combinations (My Hasty Raikou has the event moves [so it can revenge Starmie in the rain, or the weather starters], for example)

It does, however, check for moves that a Pokemon can learn, and it checks for unreleased DW abilities. I don't know if Game Freak updated the GL to allow Iron Fist Infernape, but those were released months ago, so I think they should be allowed.

You can access the sky and ocean areas eventually, but only after getting a certain number of points in the Dream World. Once you do, I believe it's randomly determined which one you'll go to each day.

And yes, you can only get transfer one Pokemon back to your game for each day you access the Dream World.

hey, i spent 1 and half days breeding for a adamant technician Scizor for the bulky sword dance set this is the best i got so far: HP: 31 ATK: 31 DEF: 21 SP.A; 0 SP.D: 29 SPD: 31

so what do you guys think is it good bad? should i use it competitively or breed again? your opinions will be appreciated ty =)

It does not half the defending pokemons defenses anymore so instead of doing 500 damage, it only does 250.

in gen 4 it halfed the opponents defense when calculating the damage.
This no longer happens in Gen 5 so the damage output got halfed compared to last gen.

I heard that you could synchronize dream world pokes in the entralink, but ive been trying to synchronize an impish tangela for half an hour and it never works. Is it my bad luck or can you not synchronize these pokemon?

Thanks guys. How dumb... Explosion should've been left alone, because in some cases it's the only reliable way to take out some of the ridiculously overpowered Pokemon they added this gen.

In previous games, the swarming Pokemon is loaded into the first 2 slots of the encounter list. So in the Route 5 example, the 19 Solosis and 19 Minccino encounters wouldn't occur.

You use Game sync to access dream world. This is found in the "Online" C-gear function.

I have an RNG question. If I'm in an area with NPC's, but they're off-screen, do they still alter the frame? I'm trying to RNG a Landorus. Also, if I have to walk 128 steps to advance the frame by # of pokemon in my party, does turning in place count as a step?

Rayquaza has better options using a physical or mixed set, as the number of pokemon that can use special sets in Ubers is larger compared to those that can use physical sets. Not only that, but mixed/physical Ray isn't walled by Blissey. If you were to use one, however, you could go with

Fire Blast
Thunderbolt
Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse / Earth Power

Fire Blast hits steel-types, Thunderbolt is for Lugia / Ho-Oh / Kyogre, Draco Meteor is insanely powerful. Dragon Pulse gives you consistent STAB (particularly so you don't have to lower your SpA against dragons), but Earth Power lets you hit Dialga and Heatran super-effectively.

Again, this is largely inferior to a physical set for Rayquaza. Dialga or Palkia can run this exact set, as well.

Naughty or Adamant. Jolly is an option as well if you want a faster variant of Scarf Zekrom (though it still won't be able to outrun DDRayquaza, so Adamant is usually the way to go).
