What happens if I baton pass a Ditto a boost, let's say +6 Attack - and it Transforms into something already at +6 attack, will this be boosted again, meaning I could get 16x the original attack stat?

The Baton Passed stat boosts will go away. So in this case, you'll only get +6.

I have a bit of a dilemma. I caught a shiny Purrloin at the start of the game and I really want to use it. It's female, Timid nature, and has the Unburden ability.

Basically I need to come up with a semi-decent set for Liepard, taking into consideration:
- I can't use any egg moves because you can't breed shinyness
- The ability has to be Unburden
- I can't use any special attacks because it has no special movepool
- I can't use any physical attacks because it has a negative nature (no Fake Out, Sucker Punch, etc)

So far I have come up with:

EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 Speed
Item: Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Moves:
~ Toxic
~ Protect
~ Substitute
~ Attract

It's pretty much a gimmicky annoying set that may not do much. But if you can come up with something better, I would be very grateful. Other ideas include Taunt and Thunder Wave. I wish it learnt Confuse Ray though.
Sorry this isn't a "simple question" :/

A pokemon that gains a level with exp. share, does get EVs?
It doesn't need to gain a level with the xp. share, it simply needs to gain experience to get EV's, and yes, it will gain EV's if it gets XP through XP Share.

@Marzbar - I might replace Toxic with Thunderwave, especially if you have Toxic Spikes on your team.
For attacks, your options are: Snarl (STAB but low damage), Grass Knot (Gimmicky) and Shadow Ball.
You could possibly utilize your Unburden ability to maximize the effectiveness of Thief. Simply go into battle with Liepard without an item, use Thief, and voila! You deprive the enemy of leftovers, or their choice band, or whatever else they might be using.

Maybe a set like:
~ Thunderwave/Toxic
~ Thief
~ Grassknot/Shadowball/Snarl
~ Protect/Substitute

Keeping your EV's as the spread you listed.

Ok, so I'm trying out a Weak Armor Kabutops for random wifi matches, however, I don't know what moves I should give. I know that I must have Aqua Jet though, as I want this to be an Excadrill semi-counter.

Kabutops @Focus Sash
~Weak Armor
-Swords Dance
-Aqua Jet
? Return
? Rock Slide

Come in after something dies to a physical attacker, set up as it goes for the kill, then attempt to sweep. The problem is, I'm not sure what I want to use in the last 2 slots (Also, no Hone Claws, as a +2 Rock Slide is just as strong as a +1 Stone Edge):

-Return for near perfect coverage
-Rock Slide for "reliable" STAB
-Brick Break for "coverage" (a reliable way to hit Dark/Normal types/walls)
-Night Slash for Ghost/Psychic coverage
-Waterfall for a powerful, reliable STAB
-Stone Edge for 33% more power than Rock Slide at the cost of 10% of reliability
-Aerial Ace for bulky fighting types that will ruin my sweep (Priority is still an issue)
-X-Scissor for Dark/Psychic/Grass

Many options to choose from. Any suggestions?

In any case, a +2 Rock Slide> +1 Stone edge with 100 acc.

I'd go for Brick Break in the last slot, to hit Ferro. (i know it's in OU since you talked about excadrill and stuff like that)

However, stuff like Conkeldurr wil be a problem, because even though your priority is faster then theirs, it forces you to use it, so you have to use your 40 BP attack instead of your coverage attack.

Night Slash is not necessary. Many psychics/ghosts are weak on the physically defensive side and will take severe damage from a +2 Rock Slide/Stone Edge.

If I were you, I'd just test it out with these: (Brick Break/X-scissor/Aerial Ace), and see which one works best. Testing is part of teambuilding.

it simply needs to gain experience to get EV's

Correction: it doesn't actually need to gain experience, it just needs to be in a situation where it would gain experience. Usually this is the same thing, but in Generation V they changed it so you can EV train at level 100 (after you stop gaining experience).

You could possibly utilize your Unburden ability to maximize the effectiveness of Thief. Simply go into battle with Liepard without an item, use Thief, and voila!
Unburden only works when you actually consume the item, so going in without one doesn't work. This weird activating behavior is why Unburden is such a bad ability - it doesn't work when you switch out.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with Leftovers or any defensive item on Liepard since it doesn't have enough bulk to survive a swift breeze let alone an incoming attack.

I would try something like:
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
Item: Normal Gem
Moves:
~ Fake Out
~ Taunt
~ Thunder Wave
~ Torment/Rain Dance/Sunny Day/Whatever attack you want

Your Nature might be pretty bad for this set, but the idea is that you can come in, Fake Out for some damage and to activate Unburden, and then disable the opponent as best you can before dying a quick death. Torment is useful against Choice users and defensive Pokemon that only run one actual attack (since you can Taunt to prevent a status move, then Torment to force them to Struggle next turn if they stay in).

It stretches what could be called "playable", but we are talking about Liepard here, so you can only do so much.

I'm having troubles getting a good lead for my team. Too much sandstorm is bringing me down, so something that can take on Tyranitar and/or Ferrothorn would be helpful. My current team is Parashuffler D-nite, Bulk Up Conkeldurr, SD Lucario, CM Latias, Scarf Rotom-W, and lead Heatran(I don't usually lead with him though).

Hitmontop maybe?

I really hate Tyranitar, they force switches on me too much. I also want to cram aura down Lucario's throat. None of them don't have a Focus Sash.

I'm having rng, trouble. I have the rngreporter, entered my mac address, game version, ds type, time info, and ivs into the parameter finder, and i'm not getting any results. What should i do to get results?

Minor, but necessary, clarification for the first part, thank you :)

I didn't realize Unburden didn't work at all without an item. That is indeed a fairly useless ability, then. Also it doesn't make a lick of logical sense...

Idea for metagross hatch location in b/w?

- Some people said gear station, but wanted to know of any other ideas

- Is there a b/w hatch location list? I can only find dppt/hgss

I don't think there's a compiled list for hatching locations in BW, at least not on Smogon.

For Metagross I suggest (beside Gear Station):
Anville Town
P2 Laboratory
Chargestone Cave

What pokemon work well with SpD (with Fire Punch), Air Balloon Heatran with SR and DD Salamence?

If you'd answer this, I'd rreeeaaalllyyy appreaciate it.
